After doing a nice job cleaning our gutters of maple whirlybirds and last year's crud, I asked if they can remove moss and other green growth from our shaded roofs. The two man crew just finished and did an OUTSTANDING job. It way exceeded our expectations. They painstakingly went slowly over each section with wire grill cleaners so not to damage the shingles. When they were through cleaning the roof,they did a great job cleaning off the patios below from all of the debris! We really enjoyed the personal interaction with Troy's scheduler/receptionist wife, Christine who's friendly demeanor made you wish she was your next door neighbor. Troy rarely got back to us with our texts/calls, and cleaned gutters at odd times. When he cleaned them, he left all of the gutter waste around the house, covering our lawn, patio, grill, and tables with. the $220 for the season is wildly overpriced for the value and quality of work done, as well as the rude customer service. This is the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I called and spoke with a woman who said they could schedule my gutter cleaning once I mailed in a check. I hesitated because I have never paid someone prior to work being done but I had a long conversation with her and she was nice and helpful so I figured I would send in the check. I checked in every two days after that, once they received my check the cashed it the same day and each time I checked in got an excuse. I waited until yesterday to check in and the owner told me I was selfish for asking because there was snow storm. I said fine, please mail the check when you can explaining that I have never paid a contractor ahead of time as I own investment properties and he said that I must be a slumlord because I don't clean my own gutters. Then the Friday they were supposed to come, they didn't show. Texted them following morning and nothing. Unreliable, sloppy work that you will have to fix yourself or be embarrassed for your home's appearance. Shows up whenever, no notice, never contacts you from the same phone. Never shows up with the same worker twice. Always leaves his tools in "Orchard Park". Talks a good story, but totally sloppy work and unprofessional. Sends you texts about material charges versus face to face conversation. I asked for the receipt and was charged for items that were not even used on my job! Or charges for two items and gives you one. Really incredibly, unbelievably terrible. One of my gutters he rehung is not even making contact with the house!!! I hired this company for two visits: to clean the gutters now and to return in the Spring for additional clean-up. Three workers arrived as scheduled and, as far as I can tell, all the leaves and debris were removed from the gutters and they are now free-flowing. They were courteous and professional and I expect them to return in the Spring. Based on their work so far, I am inclined to hire them for additional handyman work. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Scheduled a gutter cleaning for a Monday. Monday came and went and they did not show up. Called and left a message. They returned the call the next morning informing me that I did not pay them. I did pay and provided proof. They came on Wednesday and...WHAT A MESS!!! Debris all over my house and back concrete patio. They also put debris in my garbage can. When I called and then sent pics, the receptionist asked if I left bags for the debris...I told her no one ever gave me instructions and if they would have, I would have provided bags...but why do I have to provide bags!!!? I asked that they come back and clean up and the girl responded by saying, "I can tell you right now that, that mess was not caused by our workers..." She then accused me of being rude and hung up on me. Literally, hung up. I called the next day and left a message asking for the owner to return my calls...I have yet to hear from him.
