If I could have I would have given them a -10. In my eyes when anyone is walking into a health care facility to seek help with addiction you should help them. 1) it takes a lot for someone to finally ask for help in the first place. So just to turn them away is straight wrong. I was told suboxone was such a strong drug that it needed to be managed. Well duh, that's why I had a follow up apt and if you truly were trying to help then why didn't they change my follow up apt to sometime next week Instead of helping with not a damn thing and allowing me to walk out those doors with out helping at all. She asked what I was going to do then, well you guys gave me really no option other then to go back out and purchase the drug that has been killing everyone on the streets. This St. George healthcare needs some serious help. This is the second time I have tried seeking help and have been turned away. When in reality the Dr could have helped and prescribed me a few days worth of suboxone , however they are so stuck up and think they are better then addicts or something ( who really knows) I feel like they need to have a lot more empathy and when someone is truly trying to better their life then do a little more to help. It wouldn't of killed the dr to help someone out. Instead I guess he preferred for me to go back out and buy more potent drugs that I have already have overdosed well more then 39 times before on. thanks for the help IHC sunset. Chris, the nurse practitioner was very quick to numb my eye and investigate my pain. I was diagnosed with the abrasion within 5 minutes of meeting her. Again, all staff here are hard working, intelligent, and extremely compassionate. If you need urgent care this is the BEST place to go !

Very nice facilities, greeted by polite and professional front desk staff. We were taken back timely and the Nurse Practitioner Adam was fantastic. He was very thorough, wasn't at all rushed, took his time to get to know us, understand our concerns and was clearly operating with the goal of establishing a long term provider / patient relationship. We felt VERY comfortable and have an excellent experience. I highly recommend Dixie Primary Care for your medical needs for you and your family, I can't imagine you would be disappointed. PS. I cannot recommend Revere and suggest that those on Medicare avoid Revere Health. My wife needed an MRI for her knee using Medicare. Revere told her they sold their old machine to another provider, and their machine was much better. Medicare did not pay all of the bill which was around $900. I went to a Physician assistant at Revere concerning my hip. The bill exceeded $900. Medicare did not cover the balance. I paid the copay upon arrival, and Revere billed me additional. I am shocked that a simple visit could exceed $900. I will never go to Revere again.
