I was bitten by a brown recluse spider two times and I was told to come back in the next day to get an anti venom shot. when I went back in the next day I was told that they do not carry anti venom shots. $40 down the drain for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Save your time and money, and try another instacare. CareLESS "professionals" that look at the paperwork but don't bother looking at the patient. Saw a PA who spent exactly 90 seconds in the room and gave the classic "It must be a virus" response. Then when I double checked that the strep test would be sent out to the lab, the nurse said it would be THREE DAYS before results. When I questioned it, she said "so people won't call in Monday asking about their results." Hard pass -- I'd rather drive back to Utah County and see my son's regular pediatrician than waste my time being seen here. read more

I called this morning because I've had a sore throat, cough, headache and body pain for two weeks. Couldn't breathe or sleep well. I was on hold for about five minutes. They said their wait was two hours and twenty minutes; they put my name on a list and told me to come in two hours. After filling out insurance and registration forms/paying a deductible, I only waited a few minutes before being taken back to an exam area. Tracy weighed me, took my blood pressure and oxygen levels, swabbed my throat and asked about my symptoms. She had good advice about relieving pain and being healthier. Dr. Gardner was friendly, professional and efficient. He diagnosed a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics plus nasal steroids. Their parking lot is large. Their business is right off Sunset which is convenient. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went with my grandma because she was coughing a lot we checked in and were told the doctor should come get us in an hour... we were wighting for almost 4 hours!!!!!!!! The receptionist kept saying were next but we weren't I got up again very annoyed and asked if when our turn all she said was we were next and not to worry I asked her how long next was and she didn't know she told me they only have one doctor we waited another 45 min then they called my grandma back !!!! Ridiculous wait time, so outdated not to accept an appointment time. No consideration of the problem, which in this case just requires a urine sample to get started. They could easily collect and test the sample while waiting. Absolutely no concern for the person needing help. By the way, the place wasn't even crowded just no staffing. read more

Daughter got a cut and we got to the instacare 3 min before closing. Receptionist asked what was wrong we told her. She then said the Dr would won't see her and he/she (don't know if DR was male or female cause we never saw the Dr) would refer her to the ER. He didn't even see her. How can you turn someone away or refer them without knowing why your referring them. Like I said, 3 min to close so he/she obviously was to lazy to finish out the shift and didn't want to take time to do stitches. My brother went to this InstaCare on Saturday, August 31. They sent him home telling him there was nothing wrong with him. On Monday morning he drives himself to the hospital emergency room 105° fever 600 blood sugar. He was admitted to the ICU with pneumonia, sepsis and pancreatitis. Four days later he is still in the hospital do not recommend this joke of an InstaCare. If possible they wouldn't even get a one star review. read more

Ive had the luck of having to go to instacare twice in the last year. Both times the facility was clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Just takes a bit longer then I think it should especially with the amount of people in the waiting room but other then that it's a nice facility. read more

I've been to many urgent care centers and this by far is the worst one I've ever been to. Avoid it if you can. Receptionist, nurse, doctor, and entire staff were so unfriendly and did not create a welcoming environment whatsoever. Didn't help me with my medical needs and it turned out to be a waste of money. Definitely need someone more approachable and friendly at the front desk. When told the wait would be 90 minutes, I asked her if she could tell me how long of a wait other locations had she told me I could call and find out. This is a horrible place. I went in sick as a dog with what I'm assuming was bronchitis and bronchial spasms. I was told to come back at 2. This I did. The ONLY doctor on the staff predetermined what I had. He never did say what my diagnosis was. Had a nice print out that he gave me. Then he listened to my lungs and stated he hadn't expected to hear what was going on, but did not change his diagnosis. He gave me prednisone and an antibiotic. Prednisone is now gone, and this crap is back but worse. read more

I woke up early this morning knowing I had strep. I thought my kids probably had it to or would get it shortly after. I sat on the bench starting a half an hour before it opened. My kids 8,3 and 1 are a handful so I wanted to be in and out. As soon as the door opens a women who had come after me walked in from of me and signed in. I couldn't believe how rude. My 3 year old starts to touch the different things on the desk. The receptionist snaps, "don't touch that." He falls to the ground crying. He starts to have a tantrum. The receptionist says, "you need to back up." I couldn't believe it. Here's the deal, if you see a mom who has kids that are out of control at and instacare on a Saturday don't snap at her, ignore her kids or better yet help out. After the women who had but was done I said to the receptionist I was here before she was. She responded, "but she signed in before you did." And all while I have strep. The two stars are for the great doctors and nurses at this clinic. read more
