Got there and they have a TV monitor with the expected wait times. It said 43 minutes but we were in under 20 which was great. The check in was quick - everyone is very friendly. After less than 5 minutes in a treatment room, Drew Willmore came in and introduced himself. He is a NP and as knowledgable as anyone could hope for. Courteous and personable, my wife was put at ease quickly. Drew did several tests to rule out anything worse that the dizziness and then proceeded to explain what the issue was (crystals in the inner ear). He prescribed a medication to rectify the situation. Don't let the negative reviews fool you. Complainers take the time to write a review. Most people take a great appointment as normal and don't post a review. River Road (or I imagine any of the other locations) InstaCare is a great place to go. If you have a wait, you didn't look online at the wait times.

Our daughter fell on her first day here and needed stitches they got us in quickly the facility was very clean and the doctor was very professional and helpful and they helped ease our very worried minds. When we went in to get the stitches out I kid you not I was in and out within 10 minutes that would never happen in Los Angeles. And the staff was so nice they took time to play with the baby and love on her thank you all so much for taking great care of us. While I did have to wait an hour and a half to see a doctor at the Sunset Instacare Clinic on Sunset Blvd in St. George, it was well worth it. I didn't have an appointment so waiting an hour and a half to see someone didn't seem like a long time. I was just grateful they could see me at all. While I expected to see a nurse practitioner or a PA, I saw an actual doctor, Dr. Davie. He couldn't have been nicer to me, and most importantly, he gave me prescriptions that I immediately had filled and they really did the trick. By the next day I was almost pain free and within a few days, as he said, I was totally pain free. Also, they did not stress about my out of state insurance. They took my insurance information and didn't make me pay up front as some other medical providers might have seeing it was an out of state plan they probably never heard of. I had coverage for out of state emergency care and they did finally pay it 3 months later (because it was out of state, they required more paperwork from them so it took longer), but it seemed that the clinic cared more about me as a patient getting better than getting paid. You just don't see that today. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. I'm glad they are there to help people in need.

Once I checked in on the kiosk it only took a few minutes to be called over to complete my check in. Once I finished and sat down it took 4 minutes before I was in the back getting x-rayed. The staff were all friendly and caring and had me in and out with ease. So far I've had great experiences with intermountain and hope it stays that way.
