This place is HORRIBLE! i went in to get tested for a uti and they told me i was fine and didn't need any antibiotics even tho i was positive and they didn't listen when i tried telling them multiple times if i needed pills or something. now im to the point where im getting sick from it, i feel terrible. read more

Yesterday, early morning, my wife felt dizzy several times. She has never been the type to have minor complaints so we took this seriously and went to the Instacare next to the hospital. Got there and they have a TV monitor with the expected wait times. It said 43 minutes but we were in under 20 which was great. The check in was quick - everyone is very friendly. After less than 5 minutes in a treatment room, Drew Willmore came in and introduced himself. He is a NP and as knowledgable as anyone could hope for. Courteous and personable, my wife was put at ease quickly. Drew did several tests to rule out anything worse that the dizziness and then proceeded to explain what the issue was (crystals in the inner ear). He prescribed a medication to rectify the situation. Don't let the negative reviews fool you. Complainers take the time to write a review. Most people take a great appointment as normal and don't post a review. River Road (or I imagine any of the other locations) InstaCare is a great place to go. If you have a wait, you didn't look online at the wait times. read more

Being from out of town, It was our first time here needing an urgent care for my husband. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Two other people checked in right before us. The receptionists were very friendly, sympathetic and efficient. They were quick to call each person to a room. The nurse was excellent. A few minutes later we were seen by the PA who was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. My husband was evaluated and treated and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. Perhaps we lucked out on the wait time, but as caring and professional everyone was, we feel it would be worth a wait for such great care. Thank you! read more

Nurse seems ok but Dr. who took a look at my situation seems not interesting at all but decided to prescribed me a medication to try out if it works instead of take the time to make sure I'm diagnose with the right thing to get for my skin.Also i wait in the sitting room longer and ended only 5 minutes with the Dr. such a wasted of time and money there or maybe i went there when they're about to close in a few hours read more

The internal medicine department was helpful and approachable, but unfortunately a PA there named Jasmine Reid was extremely rude, opinionated, and judgmental... everything a PA or any medical professional should not be. I got to hear more about her Vegan lifestyle and opinions than have an actual conversation. She was not helpful at all, and after my first and only visit with her I was called by several places around town that I had MRI's, X-rays, and a few other scheduled medical appointments with from 2 months before I saw her.... what she listed on her doctors notes was one thing, what I got to read off of the southwest spine and pain computer when I was there to inquire why they cancelled on me was a different story... her subjective statements were based off .... I don't know... but they were quite subjective, and my 25 min visit with her set me back almost 2 years. If anyone reads her reviews on the IHC river road web site, they most definitely cherry pick what they post about that PA. She is not forthright, and I have complained about her to the local hospital director Mitch, who told me I was not the first person to complain about her specifically. IHC River Road internal medicine is a good place, however she is not a fair or objective PA. Avoid her if you go there, as she seems to be protected by the good ol boy mentality that is rampant around here, and most likely, and sadly, this review on 1 bad PA will accomplish nothing, but hopefully it will allow a few people to avoid making a bad decision.. ask for anyone other than her. read more

My daughter had a stomachache and nausea for several days. We came here because I knew they took our insurance but I was put off by the reviews. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our wait time was posted at 45 minutes but she was called in at about 20-30 minutes and the Dr and assistant were very thorough. read more

WOW!!! RUDE doctor! I get that instacare is busy and everything... But for the doctor to be rude is just uncalled for! I brought my daughter in because she rolled her ankle and I wanted it checked out. The receptionist was nice. The nurse who brought us back was nice. But this doctor was in such a hurry to come in and leave that I didn't even catch her name! She was in the room for less than 60 seconds. As she left she mumbled "they'll be in to get her for an x-ray" and slammed the door behind her. The x-ray tech, Diane, was way friendly. When the doctor came back she told us the results, wrapped my daughters foot, gave us instructions and left in a hurry, again! read more

HOURS: 9am to 9pm This place does not have its hours posted anywhere online. Because of this my group and I figured maybe it's a 24 hour place! We got really happy and headed straight over only to find all the doors locked and what looked like janitors messing around inside. We were not happy! read more

This is the only instacare in SO UT that's open on Sunday so you can imagine it was pretty busy on A Sunday. The wait was shorter than the ETA gave and the nurses and doctor were all great. Great experience. read more

there is nothing "instant" about this place. the wait said 2.5 hours so we checked in and came back 2 hours later. we've now been waiting in the room for another hour & a half and haven't even been talked to by a doctor. Waited for nearly 2 hours, Imaging department is awful! Both receptionists were extremely unpleasant, one rolled her eyes when I asked how much longer I should plan on waiting. If I could go anywhere else I would. I DO NOT recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I brought my son in who'd been really sick for over 24 hours and could barely walk. The receptionist had an attitude as if I was interrupting her day or something. He barely able to walk finally gets to the desk and she says " he looks like he needs an IV and we don't do that here you'll need to go to the ER. They never even let him see a DR! They were rude and had zero compassion for how sick he was and what it took for him to get there. I don't recommend them. read more

I'm surprised by the reviews. I went in early Sunday morning and was out in a half hour, though there were 3 patients ahead of me. No complaints of the service or the quality of care. Prescription was phoned in immediately. Overall a great experience. read more

Visied my mom twice in St. George, unfortunately I also had to go to their Instacare Center for bizarre afflictions. The first on was when we moved her from Missoula Montana to St George Utah. My husband and I went from 9000 ft to 35000 ft (airplane) iv3500 ft then up to 7100 ft and finally to 3800 ft in St George. Either the changes in altitude or the diet of road food caused my fingers to start swelling. My ring finger was one of them, it was totally cutting my circulation off. I couldn't ask for better car when I got there. Everyone from the person at the front desk to the nurses to the docs couldn't have been more competent,efficient and friendly. Unfortunately I had to have my wedding ring cut off. They made sure it was done in such a way that we could repair it and would be as good as new. My husband cried. So it was a very pleasant experience. Second time I went for my Mom's back surgery, which was cancelled the day before. She hadn't taken one of the tests they requested. Needless to say, it was stressful and I broke out in a horrible itchy rash. I went to Instacare on a Sunday Morning, most everything else in St George is closed on Sunday. Again everyone was competent, friendly and efficient. If you happen to need that kind of service, which I Hope you don't, I can highly recommend Instacare. Do't hesitate to put yourself in their care. Also, I thought they were very reasonably priced. read more

May be very uneasy in the waiting time but as they are mostly full they are quickly forgiven. Anyways the staff was extremely kind and compassionate I'm not sure where the other poor reviews came from but from my many experiences here they always go out of there way to see the problem and find the solution it was I one time I managed to accidentally fall off a high place and injure my breastbone and was in agonizing pain on the brink of calling 911 but after relaxing for a few minutes I rushed to the instacare hoping I did not crack a rib they went out of there way to take x-rays only to tell me there was no injury and where the pain's origin may be and why although this was not a serious medical emergency thank ihc instacare for all the help even if the ordeal was small. read more
