Todd was responsive and professional, did what he said, and was a pleasure to work with (as were his guys). The floors look great and we are so happy!! Would highly recommend them, and if we ever had a need, would use them again (although since this product should be good for 1 or 2 decades, it's unlikely). It's worth every dollar!!! Wow! What a HUGE success our retaining wall pathway project has been! David Burton produced a superb design. Jeremiah and Sam busted their butts, through two very hot and humid weeks. They were always polite, never in the way, and highly meticulous. In my opinion, they are also highly skilled, operating excavators and other machinery expertly in tight and difficult terrain. Every time (and there were several) that I worried about a placement or a height or grade or whatever, Jeremiah stopped what he was doing, listened patiently, and then took whatever measure to allay my fears. He was kind, considerate, and responsive, as was Sam. It's fair to say that Distefano Landscaping overall did a superb job for us in every imaginable way. And the job came out right around the quoted price, even though there were some bumps (like buried stumps) along the road.

When we were ready to do some painting and replacing the floors in our house I was a bit less happy. It took a month for them to complete the job and looking around I find some damage that was done to a cabinet they they removed to lay the new tile and grout "stains" on my stainless refrigerator and stainless stove that I am unable to remove. I also feel like the guys laying the floor tiles and the wood were not did not always arrive at the time we were charged for. The gentlemen who did the painting was there just about every morning when I left for work. All that being said, my house looks beautiful. It's now October 12, and I still don't have the milled lumber. I've called, written, begged, cajoled, but still don't have what I ordered, in good faith. My plaster job had to be canceled, I lost my contractor, and I was unable to complete my paint job because of the delay. Had anyone been honest about being unable to supply what I ordered, I'd have gone elsewhere. Now I know better. I'm beyond fed up, and I'm a patient person. Their customer service is ridiculous, only exceeded by their utter incompetence. I'm sure they'll blame it on a Covid. Please consider my order canceled.
