Only then was I informed they'd be late and wouldn't be able to do the work, despite a 3-hour window clearly set in advance. This was for an estate property with a looming deadline and an appraiser scheduled. When I pointed out how disruptive the lack of communication was, I was met with a snide remark telling me to "give them a call" when I couldn't find anyone else -- and that they'd charge me an extra $100 for a rush job. Completely unprofessional. If you want reliability, respect, and basic customer courtesy, look elsewhere. Wolfe Landscaping made it very clear how they treat their clients.
