The woman stayed in my bathroom for 4 hours and didn't even clean the tub and broke a special expensive lightbulb on the floor, leaving glass pieces. Her husband worked in the kitchen for most of the 4 hours but never cleaned the cabinet surfaces and floor had dirt in corners The living room just needed to be vacuumed, dusted, and mopped. The floor had a quick mop and wasn't left clean. Never dusted. I gave them a chance to come and fix things but they wanted to charge me more $$. He cleaned my coffee table leaving paint spots on it and it needs to be refinished. I feel that I was ripped off.

Samantha was great on the phone and apologized for their lack of response, and confirmed the cleaning date. Other than some cobwebs removed in the basement, I would not have known they had been there. For example, after the cleaning the linoleum floor in the kitchen was still filthy and window sills were dirty.
