We ordered a 12 Nigiri chef's choice platter and an 8 roll chef's choice Maki rolls. The sushi had incredible depth, but still nuanced, of flavor created by the chef Antonio Park's additions to the classic sushi. The fish was fresh. The presentation was perfect. Overall a great experience. Service was fast, friendly and efficient.

The fish was very well seasoned, perhaps by marination, with lots of parlsey and fresh lemon. The wheat bran gave a subtle flavour to the fish, which remained tender and juicy inside thanks to the coating. If you don't enjoy the texture of the bran, you can always brush it off. Good stuff! The fries with both dishes were very good. They were nice and hot and very tasty. The Kilkenny was good. The cider was pretty good too. We probably won't return to this restaurant.

The salmon bowl was excellent, with delicious dressing, but the salmon portion was oh-so-meager. It made me wonder if the lunch rush had given the kitchen such a beating that they had split my salmon filet in half and served it to me and my neighboring table friend. We ordered the eggplant parm, which was alright, and the sea bass, which was the highlight. The sea bass was a nightly special and we opted for it to be served with risotto; it was excellent! The show was enjoyable and entertaining! A great collection of songs performed by the Taurey Butler Trio. Plus, he was entertaining on the mic (in both French and English). The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were pleasant, so I'd highly recommend this establishment!
