My niece put me onto this place. The parking lot in this strip mall is very very busy. The store is bright open and clean and the people who service you are very nice. I usually to get the açai bowl and customize it with pineapples, mangoes coconut And it's very delicious. You can order from the app if you like and pick up and they have a reward system. The fruit here is better than the fruit from smoothie king. read more

Not an extensive food menu, I usually get a wrap or chicken quesadillas just for a snack while I sip my smoothie. The smoothies are to die for they are very fulfilling and they have a great taste. They do have some seating available if you would like to sit on and enjoy your smoothie I usually choose to take mines to go, but it's very clean inside this location. The service is amazing. All of the staff is friendly and it's a younger crowd. No long lines, they get you in and out. Make sure yall TIP them!!! read more

Terrible customer service would not recommend. My order was wrong I asked for my correct order again and when I did finally receive it (after 25 more minutes) my chipotle club was cold. I wont be returning. read more

I do not know who is the manager or who is in charge- but this place is the absolute worst! No one is ever working, people are standing around, or there is a lack of staff. If you place an order online, they do not get to it, and you have to wait at least 20 minutes or More for a frickin smoothie. Its close to home so I was excited when they opened, now its just a mess. Im so irked, now I have to make my own smoothie at home- Booooooo! Thumbs down! Do not recommend- Just save your money and make your own daggone smoothie at home:( read more

I'm giving this tropical smoothie cafe a 3/5 because the service was so terrible it's a disgrace. I stood in front of the cashier to give my order for maybe 5 mins while there was 3-4 working that kept glancing at me and two of them asking each other who is going to take my order... on top of that I got my smoothie and it was more ice than anything. Very disappointing. read more

Terrible customer service at this place.. I don't know if they have a manager but the manager needs to get the team together and retrain or fire the staff because the attitude problems in that place is unacceptable for a business. I asked once nicely for them to remake a smoothie because it didn't taste right to me, i even politely offered to pay for another smoothie due to the inconvenience of me asking for a remake & the lady making the smoothie just huffed and puff as if she hates her job or something, don't even get me started on how long it takes for any of them to take your order in that location.. you're going to be waiting a cool 5-10+ minutes for someone to "take over the register" for some reason all of them in there are not trained to work the register which is very disappointing for a small location of maybe 6-10 working staff at all times. This location is in need of a complete new owner or manager that cares. The smoothies all you taste is just water and ice no true fruit flavors or nothing. I will say they don't mess up their sandwiches here but they cannot make a smoothie to save their lives here. read more

No a good 1st impression. Ordered online when I arrived my order was not ready. Waited maybe 3-5 minutes for it to be prepared. Smoothie tasted like nothing. $7.40 wasted. The franchise was recommended by a friend who has one in her area. Maybe I simply ordered the wrong thing. If you'd like give it a whirl... I could buy bags of fruit and make my own for the price. In a pinch I would consider going there again. read more

So far it seems good. I got the pesto chicken sandwich and avocado smoothie. It comes as a combo (if you want to make it that) with your choice of potato chips. The sandwich was tasty, although better preparation could've gone into it. The smoothie was good. I wonder if the smoothie is made with natural ingredients? The ordering process is easy as you place it online to pick up. You cannot go in to pick it up, they will ask you for your name and bring you your order as to maintain social distancing. It's really good to have a healthier option out of all the fast food places adjacent, beside the Chipotle. I hope to see more added in this area. read more

It's kinda shocking how slow and disorganized this place is. Online orders regularly 30-45 minutes late (for a smoothie....??). There is a pile of what appears to be complete orders behind the bar just... Sitting there. I really don't understand lol read more

Customer service is horrible young lady with pink hair had the worst attitude. Stood in line for 30 mins while they took online orders only. She didn't try to alternate nor accommodate customers who were in store waiting to order. I'm not in no hurry to ever go back! read more

Ordered online due to the outbreak. The staff did their best dealing with the online orders but I waited a bit longer to get my order. I got the AVOCOLADA, which was decent. I'm happy they have a place like this in Philadelphia. I originally tried this place in DC. read more

They all avoid greeting or acknowledging people when you walk in. No gloves or masks. Won't be back

I know you are not opened yet, but I am so psyched! I love this place. Low calorie goodness. Please hire the best people! 3/14 second visit okay. Had to throw my side kale salad out. IT WAS NOT FRESH. The wrap was good and the smoothies on point. read more

I placed an online order for delivery. Received an email acknowledging the order. Even indicated the name of the delivery person. Then About 45 minutes later, received an email indicating the order had been cancelled--with no explanation. Yet, the charge appears on my credit card. Called the listed number and it's an answering machine. (The message is an old message indicating that the store will open on March 13!!!). Left two messages, but no call back. Had to call my credit card company to get the charge reversed! Will not order from the Cheltenham Avenue store again! read more

Employees not wearing mask while preparing food and one was drinking a chick fila shake while preparing food. This location needs some etiquette, professionalism and It also looks to be managers doing this they have pink shirts. The smoothie was also terrible I've gotten it from this location multiple times bf same exact smoothie she had to remake it twice and still didn't make it correctly. I gave up and just took the smoothie and trashed it. read more

I was charged for a full smoothie and sandwich when I asked for a half. She figured it out after charging but did not refund. I waited 35+ minute for my order in store. The employees did not seem to care. I love the food and it was yummy, but I can't stand the wait time any longer. read more

This location has TERIBBLE customer service. I had to ask an employee if I could place my order because I had been in the store for 5 minutes and still hadn't been greeted. After waiting for 10 mins, they got my order incorrect and had to wait an additional 5 minutes for another smoothie. They are standing around on their phones and drinking their own beverages. Needs better management. I did however enjoy my smoothie and wrap. read more

Went there today, there were so many good, HEALTHIER options to choose from. Did an online order that was ready to pick up when I arrived. The chipotle Mayo on the Chicken club is delicious. Food was very fresh and can't wait to go back. The smoothie was done just right and made the lunch even better. read more

Horrible customer service. Stood at the front desk for a solid 5 minutes While being the only person in line. One person making drinks and there were two others just standing there facing me. One of them finally walked to the register and once I said what I wanted he said "oh you're placing an order" and walked away. Another minute or two went by and another person finally took my order. No "hi, how are you doing" or "hi how can I help?" The hiring manager needs to do some purging. read more

It's a shame that this is one of the only tropical smoothies around! If there is a manager at this location they could care less about the customer. Tons of employees always doing nothing. I love the smoothies, but cannot handle this location any longer. read more
