The Açai is premade in a container in a freezer so it is not blended fresh for every bowl, but that's fine because it was delicious anyway! I guess it's a plus since they won't have to use a loud blender every time someone orders a bowl! It was quicker than most Açai bowl places too because of this. My boyfriend made his own bowl & topped it with strawberries, banana, blueberries, granola & peanut butter! He got the larger size. I tried a bite & his was SO GOOD as well!
