I don't think I'm ever in the area during a busy time. Every time I was here, I was one of only a few customers. Speed in which they take the order and the time it takes to get the order out is outstanding, as it should be for a smoothie place. And the smoothies are always yummy. The staff is nice and helpful and the food is great. I try to always get the smoothies of the season. I love the new edible straws. I will say though that every time i order this as delivery, I never get the edible straws even though I paid for them. The food its good. I am very impressed. Haven't been feeling great so I haven't eaten hardly anything since Saturday )it's now Monday). Decided I'd get a smoothie so I would have a little something in my tummy. I'm so impressed! Walked in and the place was very clean. The employees were wearing masks and were extremely friendly. I ordered the smoothie pictured below. It's HUGE so I'll probably feast on it for a few days. Also asked what the girl recommended food wise and she recommended the chipotle flatbread. my fiancé and I were in the area, and since he is a truck driver we are limited to truck stop foods or things that deliver. i'm so grateful this was a delivery option! I got a chipotle chicken club flatbread, and he got the Caribbean jerk wrap. Just popped in with my boyfriend on this gorgeous afternoon. Three young girls were waiting at the register to help us. I greeted Bri with a smile, got a blank stare in return. I waited for her to say hello. She didn't say a word. So i said hi. She didn't say anything back. I proceeded to ask her how she was doing. She didn't say a thing. Stopped here and a week or so later at the Maumee location. I tried them based on strong recommendations from two people. They both warned that the prices were steep and they were right. So, I went to the web site and got a text coupon and a printed coupon for joining the "Club Tropical". This brought the price down quite a bit for a sandwich and smoothie. Both I thought were good but not fantastic if you had to pay full price. For these prices and this type of food they really need to up their game. But having said that I thought it was decent and would probably have come back sometime - with a discount. That is..until I went to the Maumee location and had a less satisfactory experience there. I bet these two locations are owned by the same franchisee and I do not plan on returning. This location accepted my text coupon which brought a smoothie down to a $1 with a purchase of a sandwich. Seriously delicious food. It's always quickly prepared, fresh, and yummy. The staff is friendly and efficient. I love the jalapeño chicken tacos (not as spicy as it sounds), the spinach salad (I could eat that everyday), and their limited time seasonal items are always creative and taste great too! Their smoothies are well-made, always blended properly, and there are so many fantastic options. My favorite is the Island Green. I highly recommend this place, but with caution. You might crave it everyday and end up eating it constantly like me! ;) read more

Absolutely horrible service- I'd give it negative five stars if I could. Workers can NOT follow directions!!! Ordered two sandwiches without cheese and they put cheese on BOTH. We removed the cheese on one but my daughter has a dairy sensitivity, so we went back in (took forever) to have them correct the problem and guess what? They gave us another sandwich WITH cheese! We did not have more time to waste there so we did our best to take the cheese off but our daughter still ended up sick and it ruined the rest of our weekend. Thanks a lot! Will never ever return unless they fire those idiots and hire people who can actually follow directions. read more

The food and service are always good here. I would give 5 stars if I didn't have to smell cigarette smoke while attempting to eat healthy. I went here twice during the winter and once now (spring) and every time this place smells of cigarette smoke. It has to be the employees smoking in the bathroom or back of store. Needless to say, I'm a non smoker and I will not go back to this location, not even for take out. I would of been going a couple times a week if this wasn't an issue. Not sure how management/ owners could be so obvious to this. I was sitting under a vent and it smelled like it's also in the ventilation system. My wife asked why I smelled like cigarettes.
