It's made up of coconut water, strawberries, orange juice, mango, and lemon. It's on their 'planet lite' menu, meaning its under 300 calories. I decided on the Mr. Mongo -- strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt, milk, vanilla, and whey protein.
