Not the best picture but got my mocha madness! Service was quick, efficient and everyone was super friendly. It was a pretty quiet afternoon so vibes were chill and there was like lofi music playing in the background. Honestly a good place to get some work done too. Smoothie tasted amazing per usual, love getting this smoothie as a pick me up. It's filling, the perfect combo of chocolate and coffee and delicious! Definitely would recommend to any coffee lovers looking for a treat! read more

OMG this place is absolutely amazing, my first experience here was amazing. The staff was very warm and inviting and the food and smoothie was amazing. I had an açaí bowl, and a Bahama mama smoothie. The place was so clean it made want to come back for more; and so I did which is why I'm now giving this place 5 stars!! Every visit has been consistent from the staff to the service to the food. If you're in Buford looking for something healthy and quick from a fresh clean place with grade A customer service I highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie!!! read more

Very impressed with this place! The smoothie I had was probably one of the best I ever had and the food was so good that I had to force myself to finish so I didn't waste it. Service was mid and the ambiance is f the place was very fun and professional. Highly recommend. read more

So I'm a firm believer in giving second chances! Yes we as people speak bold when it negative but the new staff is amazing! I'm Glad cause it's closer to my home but I was willing to make the drive to get my customer service. So here is to 5 stars thank you I was greeted the establishment was clean and smelled cleaned - it was three workers one cooking food one one register and one making smoothies. I appreciate the change and I read it was new management- very grateful! They are hiring as well wish my daughter was old enough to get a part time job! read more

The Bahama Mama smoothie is always my go to! The service was great and fast at this location.

So there is a sign on the door saying they are only open for pickup orders and indoors is closed. I came a few days ago and workers were in there with the door locked. This place is beyond indecent and the workers are the worst by far I have ever come across. Always rude, always an attitude never pleasant. It's a shame because the chain is good but ruined by the staffing here. read more

The açaí bowl was amazing! I got it almost as soon as I ordered and the workers were very sweet!

I would come here every single day if I could. There's not one thing that I've ordered that wasn't amazing. I particularly like the quesadillas and the jerk chicken wrap. My fav smoothie is the açaí or the island green. If you're going for breakfast you can get discounted smoothies and a southwest wrap (spinach, egg, cheese and chipotle mayo) for under $7!! The only reason I didn't give them five stars, is that service is notoriously slow. Even when I order online prior to coming it's still takes a while for my food to come out. But the plus side is some of their servers are so pleasant I typically don't mind. read more

More than 90% of the times we have ordered via Uber Eats from this location, they say 30-40 min time for delivery then at 5 minutes left, I get a notification of ORDER CANCELED! I love their food and smoothies and hope things will change. Tried for lunch and early dinner... happened again tonight. Super frustrating. I understand we have issues across the board with hiring due to Covid but something needs to change! We want out Buford Tropical Smoothie to hire more people!!! PLEASE!!! read more

A great place for an after workout protein and fruit smoothie. Service was friendly and efficient, enjoyed the Blueberry Bliss.

Very long wait times for icees. They smoothies tasted more like watered down icees. I'm glad I was being treated by someone else. Food they were cooking smelled burned. There were two or three girls behind the counter then when one particular girl came the rest of them left. read more

Service was laughable. Food and smoothie make up for it. You get what you pay for here, but I've never seen such lack of productivity in a work environment before. read more

This place is so so so dirty! Gross! I've been here one time and I will NEVER return. The workers are wearing sweat pants and dirty shirts, looking life they just came off the streets. The floor is sticky, cabinets and walls have grease all over. The only thing that was halfway decent was the smoothie. Pick anywhere else but here! read more

This is literally the slowest storefront on the planet. My smoothie take 30min to make for curbside pick up and no one is in the business this makes no sense smh. Very inconsiderate and slow workers!!!! I do not recommend read more

This is the worst one that I've been to. All the workers have an attitude all the time and the guy that works in the morning is a complete idiot. On top of that he doesn't even know how to make smoothies they are always watered down. I hate that this is the closest one to my job. I'm going to start going to the suwanee location read more

BBQ CHICKEN Flatbread is advertised behind the register and on their store window however the cashiers tell me they don't have that item and it's not in their POS... after they recommend something similar with upcharge of extra $1, they are illiterate or didn't get trained properly in the item they are selling! Disappointed read more

This place is an ABOMINATION and honestly should be closed down! It's disgusting and what's more disgusting than it's filth it's the servers! They all look like they rolled out of bed and came straight to work. Their attitudes are even worse! For YEARS I have endured their nonsense because the better T smoothie in Suwannee is too far but since it's clear that the owner of this establishment and the staff clearly don't care about customer satisfaction or cleanliness soooo I'll go elsewhere! I beg you please save your money and time and find else where to eat. Food is nasty, service is nasty, flies everywhere... Do better!!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible service. I don't know about the quality of the food b/c I was treated so poorly I walked out and left my online order on the counter. If you can go anywhere, absolutely anywhere else, I would HIGHLY recommend it!! Smoothie King is literally across the street, or the Tropical Smoothie in Suwanee has MUCH better customer service. Stay 1000 miles away from this place!!! read more

I came in today for a smoothie and a meal. First of all, the chicken pesto flat bread was delicious! Second, the young man who is the store manager (I did not get his name) was absolutely fantastic at customer service. He was very personable and friendly! Would recommend this location! read more

The food is ok, the drink (blimey limey) was slightly bitter, not sweet at all. The service was anticheerful by the three ladies working at this time and a spilled drink stay on the counter the whole time a eat and was still there when I walked out. read more

First off I really like tropical smoothie smoothies but I can never get the same smoothie twice. I order the same one every time but somehow it comes out different each time. They have the ingredients and measurements all measured out but somehow if it's not the thickness it's the flavor that has changed . I live close and so wanted to really like this place, but the last two times I got the smoothie so thick and not even filled to the top that I just threw them away. If you go there it's like the lotto you might be just throwing your money away or you might get a winner. read more

Just disappointed.Saying they're not accepting over the phone orders but saying you can't order online and also they don't accept card payments.Just terrible service.I usually get tropic smoothie from this location before I start my day but never again read more

Shainne is probably one of the rudest person I've dealt with. I don't look for extreme customer service when coming here but she gives off the vibe of just wanting to get us out of here. Kitchen closes at 7:30. We came in 7:14. I understand they want to clean up but there's no way of giving us an attitude. I will never come back here even if you guys give me money. If you hate your job, you should probably find somewhere else to work that does not involve interacting with customers. read more

On 7/20/20 @ 7:45 I walk into tropical smoothie. There is a lady in the back that see me walk in. I wait at the register for 5 minutes. I peep into the back and the lady is on her phone I wait an additional 5 minutes before leaving without being served. read more

This place sucks! That's unfortunate because I really like the food but this is the last time I will come back. The same thing every time! It takes a second to acknowledge customers and sort orders. I've worked in retail for years. These employees spend more time avoiding eye contact with you and moving slowly than actually making sure the orders are given to the correct customer. No labels on online orders. Or a label on part of your order but the entire order is not placed together. I watched 3 people walk up and touch my order because it wasn't labeled. When I finally figured out which order was mine it was melted and my food was cold! All preventable problems if the workers just took one extra sec to organize people's order. They just don't care! Ridiculous! I'd rather get food out of the vending machine at discount tires before I order from tropical smoothie again. read more

I LOVE food from these places which is to only reason I have given it multiple chances. They have terrible customer service and I just showed up with my family to get food 15 minutes before they closed and door was already locked. I have lived in the area for a while and dealt with a lot of the previous staff who simply didn't care. I went in today and was surprised to see new staff and a warm welcome when I came in. I overheard the new staff telling another customer that they are under new management. I am hopeful after todays interaction that some new faces can revive this location and make it one worth going to again! Overall great experience and very friendly today. And a good smoothie too! I'd give the new management a shot if you're in the area! read more

Employees need to wash hands. When I walked in to order a smoothie the employee set down a mop bucket and then proceeded to make food. How would you like it if I scrubbed my toilet and then made your lunch? read more

Let me start by saying I respect the fact that everyone has varying views about wearing masks. However, until state mandates change, when doing food prep there isn't an option; it is what it is. During my visit today a worker making smoothies not only had her mask below her nose but it was so extremely loose you could see her mouth and could visibly see her talking. I respectfully asked if she could tighten her mask and was looked at as if I had three heads. No modification was made. I then requested that another employee, who was making smoothies as well, assist me. To add insult to injury I had 3 smoothies, one fell out of the carrier. An employee was kind enough to offer to remake me one - but upon looking at it - it was inedible as the photos below will show. Not the typical consistency nor taste of a smoothie. Beyond disappointed. The food was good, the other two smoothies were fine. But unfortunately everything else made that obsolete and made for a frustrating experience. read more

Experience was from 9/11/2020 Every time I come here it's a hot freaking mess. So this time I tried ordering through the app so that my food will be ready by the time they tell me it's ready to be picked up, but sure enough I sit for 20 extra minutes, then I call to make sure they can see I choose CURB SIDE PICK UP and not just a mobile order where I have to walk in. Then they to only bring out my smoothies! I ordered meals, and then girl tried to tell me I said it was only smoothies. ONE I didn't not EVER say that. TWO they should know my order!!! So here I am 30 minutes after my estimated time of when they should've had my order completed and still no food! What is going on here? Why is it always soooo much trouble to come here and get food in a timely fashion?! Especially if I order through the app! Hopefully the food and smoothies are worth the wait today, because I'm very disappointed in the service YET AGAIN. They're slow, they're rude, and my smoothies are melting because they can't even pay attention to the details of the order! Absolutely ridiculous. It is not 40 minutes past and I had to call AGAIN and the gir tells me "we had to remake your order" BULLSHIT! They never made it to begin with! I want my money back! + I will never order from here again. I will never recommend this spot. And quite frankly I think they need to hire a better staff in here. RUDE, SLOW + CONSTANTLY MESSING IP ORDERS By the way it's been an hour since I placed my order! WOW THEY NOW FORGOT ONE OF MY MEALS! NO APOLOGY NO ANYTHING SHE BLAMED ME FOR NOT COMING INSIDE! So not only did I show up and hour late to my meeting ... but I also didn't even have a lunch to eat.... read more

Bahama Mama & Chipotle Chicken flat bread was amazing. The people were very nice & provided great customer service.

Going into this location I expect their health rating is not an A. Food left out in the counter. Broom laying in the middle of the food prep area just being stepped over. No toilet paper in one of the restrooms-not even a roll for backup. Glad I ordered just a smoothie and not a sandwich after seeing what looked like lunch meat just sitting out for the 30 minutes it took to order and finish my smoothie. You can do better people. read more

Placed an online order to pick up. I got there and stood there for about 5 minutes while employee behind the counter conversated with employee on my side of the counter. It was if I was invisible. I finally interrupted and told him I placed an order online because I saw my food sitting on the counter. I love the food and the smoothies, therefore the staff will not detour me from enjoying this little gem, but the customer service needs work. Buffalo wrap and Sunrise Sunset, sooo good!! read more
