The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. I'll definitely use them in the future.

I hired this company to drain the septic tank. When I made the appointment, I was given the cost of…read more$350.00. The Field Supervisor Angela showed up on time after I was sent text notifications. One of the notifications gave me the estimated arrival time and another surprisingly informed me that if I paid by credit or debit card, I would be charged a 3% processing fee. As soon as I shared with Angela the reason I made the appointment, she quickly and before opening septic tank, told me that there might be a drain-field problem. She offered to give me a quote on that after taking a look. She started draining from one side of the tank and then opened the other side. She then told me that the cause of the back-flow was the dirty filter that needed to be cleaned and that she was not aware the tank would have a filter. I asked if she could clean it and she replied that it would cost me an additional $100 if she did. She then suggested that I either paid $100 or another $350 to install some items that would make it easy for me to open and clean the filter once a year. This would include the filter cleaning.The other option she gave me was for me to get some gloves to clean it myself. I told her that I did not appreciate the scare tactics, the bait and switch by quoting a lower price and up selling after starting the job. I offered to pay them $50 more as I was quoted a price and was never informed of the possible extra charges. She did not agree to what I offered to pay. I then told her that I was willing to pay them $100.00 and that I would write a review to let the consumers know about these practices. She seemed very bothered by that despite the fact that the "victim" here was the consumer!!! She walked towards her truck, was on the phone for a while, came back with gloves and asked me if I wanted to clean the filter. Since I realized I was screwed anyways if the filter isn't clean, I told her that at that point, I was willing to pay the $100. She then took the filter to her truck and cleaned it. After she put it back in place and closed everything, she told me that they would only charge me $75 for the cleaning. When she showed me the total due, it included $350 + $75 for the cleaning and a 3% credit card processing fee. I paid her, thanked her and told her that I don't mind paying when I am given the true cost upfront! This was a learning experience. Next time I hire another company, I will ask the right questions before it's too late. BUYERS BEWARE!

I hired this company to replace the drain field for our septic tank. They started out doing a great…read morejob. I then asked one of the employees about some additional work that he said he could do before they left. Two employees came back to replace the inside parts to two toilet tanks. One tank we noticed was leaking the next day. I contacted the employee several times for him to fix the issue. I didn't want to get him in any trouble or cause issues because the job wasn't done quite right. I ended up calling the company back and they sent out a crew to fix the leak. I also had a strong odor now in my home after it rained. I asked them about that but decided to hire someone else who found the problem and fixed it. I didn't appreciate being left hanging with water leaking. Sadly I was put in the middle of something that should have been taken care of right. I also really liked this company and the people until this happened. They do good work but follow up with the owner for any additional issues. I should not have had water to clean up for over a week.

TLDR: Called; Came out same day (within 45 min); Arsenio fixed and connected a busted water main…read moreconnection and was a pleasure to work with. Will be using Teles Services in the future and highly recommend. Arsenio saved the day. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. We already have some work we will be calling Arsenio for in the near future and we're very happy to have found a great, reputable plumber. Highly recommend.
