What's interesting is someone from their staff is reading and responding to these reviews, but no attempts are being made to rectify the issues, as they keep getting poor reviews. The first Dr. to ever address some of my long term eye concerns and after listening to them, she was able to properly diagnose me. I have myopia which I wear contacts/glasses for but always noticed my eyes slightly cross sometimes specially in pictures. She added a prism correction to my glasses prescription to help with this issue. It's a shame eye health/concerns is not taken as serious as if our eyesight wasn't how we literally perceive life/the world. So thank you for making a difference Dr. Brandi!

After calling a few places, the doctor/owner kindly told us to stop by and she would see if she had the correct screw. Although she didn't have the exact match, she took the time to find a very similar one and repaired the glasses well enough to hold up until we can get the proper replacement.
