They also have such a wide variety of cool frames that are out of this world. This will be my favorite store from now on. After 15 minutes, a young lady walked up to the front and said to come to the back to start the pre-exam, whatever that was. I rescheduled for March 11th, but after reading the reviews, I think I'll cancel altogether. What's interesting is someone from their staff is reading and responding to these reviews, but no attempts are being made to rectify the issues, as they keep getting poor reviews. I hate this because this was a neighborhood retailer I wanted to support. Two stars because they have a nice selection of frames.

My husband's glasses had suddenly broken when one of the screws came loose, so we were trying to find somewhere that could help with a quick repair. After calling a few places, the doctor/owner kindly told us to stop by and she would see if she had the correct screw. Although she didn't have the exact match, she took the time to find a very similar one and repaired the glasses well enough to hold up until we can get the proper replacement. What stood out most was her kindness and willingness to help, even though we weren't established patients. She went out of her way to assist us, and we truly appreciated it. Because of this experience, I even saved a photo of the office so I can recommend it to friends and family looking for an optometrist in the future.
