My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

Matt and Brevard Outdoor did exactly that and we would definitely recommend their service.

On the fourth try, they offered to replace the Pergola roof. They were concerned that the original roof material was defective and had fissure cracks that complicated repairs. They subsequently replaced my roof at no cost to me. During a time when it can be hard to get a contractor to stand by their warranty, Viking demonstrated that they are a significant cut above the average contracting company. They clearly have ethics, integrity, scruples, honor, honesty, and a very high regard for their customers. I'm so impressed with their Standards and Quality, that I am getting ready to commission them for two more projects. I can't say enough good things about this company and the quality of their workers and workmanship. I've attached a new photo of my Pergola as seen from my slider so you can see how dry my patio table is and how nice my Pergola looks!
