The entire experience was completely seamless, from easily scheduling the initial consultation to the final installation. Jeremiah provided excellent communication throughout the process and was incredibly honest--never pushy just to make a sale. JC did an amazing job with the actual installation, left the work area completely spotless, and took the time to clearly explain what we needed to do before drinking the water.I ultimately decided to get this system because I was tired of buying plastic water bottles that just stacked up and took up space while waiting for trips to the recycling center. More importantly, I wanted to protect my family from the forever chemicals found in plastics. The water tastes incredibly clean and amazing--even my 5-year-old son approves! I also love being able to use the filtered water for cooking. The team at Water Group 7 is friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them if you're looking to upgrade your home's water!

They were the FIRST people who actually provided new and innovative OPTIONS rather than the doom and gloom that I have been accustomed to over the years. I have an older house, much older, and NO ONE had ever told me anything but scrap all the pipes and start over. These guys deep cleaned my existing pipes (jet I think is the real term) and recommended that I think about lifting up a sunken bathroom (all the rage in the 60's but not so practical when the pipes/water have to defy gravity every time they're used). Just good, honest guys with invaluable insight into practical solutions. I am SO GLAD I found them and now they are STUCK with me!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This update is long overdue, mostly because things have been running so smoothly that there have…read morebeen no issues to report. We've been receiving deliveries like clockwork, so I've not had to contact customer service at all. Another reason I haven't had to call them is that so many features are automated, and I mean this in a positive way. I mentioned in my initial review that I liked being able to go online and directly manage some of my account details. I just logged in to my account and the main screen is divided into: * Billing Information - where I can update my phone number, email address, and password. * Delivery Information - here also I can update my phone number and email address - for purposes of delivery, so they could be different from the billing information. Also displayed are the driver and route codes, and the next scheduled delivery date. * Account Balance - mine shows $0.00 due, probably because I have them automatically charge my credit card each month. * Open Invoices - there are no open invoices, again probably because of auto charges to my credit card. * My Deliveries - prominently shows the next delivery date, where there is a button to click to skip that delivery. Another option is to "View Deliveries." * Favorites - just has an image and description of the type of water being recurringly delivered. In the upper-left corner of the page is a menu icon, and when I click on it, the options are: * My Dashboard - takes you back to the main, initial screen. * Billing - I used this option recently to update my credit card details. * My Orders * My Account Besides their website, I receive email and phone reminders if there is a delivery scheduled for the following day. I am also able to download a PDF version of their delivery calendar, and there is even a way for me to upload the calendar of deliveries into my personal (Proton) calendar, accessible online or through my calendar app, which now shows me delivery dates for the upcoming months. I receive email invoices, and transaction & payment receipts monthly. Yes, I highly recommend Aloha Water Company. https://www.facebook.com/raymond.kaya.98/

As they have told me before purchasing the machine, it took exactly 1 year before I needed to replace with a new filter. Since 8/2018, I no longer buy any plastic bottled water. At the beginning, I could not taste the difference but now when I drink plastic bottled water, I can taste plastic. Whoever is thinking about purchasing Kangensui Water Machine, I seriously recommend to purchase one. Hano Naka, Inc. sells machines from Japan. This Christmas, my sister gave me 2 (two) "Maguchan". This works like a detergent but free of chemicals. Since my washing machine is big, I use 2 maguchan & 1/5 of Oxi clean powder detergent from Costco. (I used to use a full amount of Oxi clean powder detergent before) To my surprise, this Maguchan stuff works like a magic. It gets rid of the smell though I only used 1/5 of detergent in stead of full amount!!! I am telling all my friends to try it too since it will not pollute the river & ocean. My sister told me 1 Maguchan is $25. I was told that you can buy it from Hano Naka Inc. as well as J Shop on Young Street.
