Last year, I bought a package of gold visits, as well as platinum because I like to alternate beds during times when I'm tanning more often. Upon purchase of these visits, I was never told there was an expiration date, nor is there anything about an expiration date mentioned on their website where packages are listed. I end up using more gold visits than platinum and end up buying another block of visits for the gold bed. Again at this point, the employee that helped me didn't mention anything about visits on my account that would be expiring. So imagine my surprise when I receive an email stating all my visits had expired. Uhhh what? I called the location I'm used to visiting (Kennesaw), and they don't staff managers at this location, so nobody was able to help me. I submitted an inquiry on their website well over 6 months ago that I still haven't received a response from. I called the other location where I spoke with an employee named Kayla that told me the only way I could get those lost tabs back is if I purchased an new package (she would be able to add them back then). The last thing I felt was fair was to give more money to the people I feel stole from me. I brought it to her attention that the website doesn't mention any expiration date, and I guess they don't care because the website still doesn't inform people about this. When I told her I was never informed there was an expiration on packages when I purchased it, she told me that the two times I tanned at the salon during unstaffed hours, the computer I logged into would have that information available somewhere. So wait, it's the clients responsibility to find out there's an expiration date, but not an employees responsibility to communicate that to a client? Very frustrating. So fast forward to last week, I decided to go back, now knowing those tans would expire in 6 months. Upon arrival, my husband and I both wanted to purchase packs of 12, and the girl working this day said I would also have to pay $15 to have my fob reactivated. Sorry, this feels a little like stealing again, so we left without purchasing tans, and I retuned my fob, as I won't be giving them another chance. And as of today, the website hasn't been updated to reflect the expiration period on packages purchased.

If all you want to do is walk in and tan, though- he's happy to help! The experience is very streamlined and easy. I just relocated to the area, and was looking for somewhere exactly like this! I was signed up and in my tanning bed within 10 minutes (not including the time I spent picking the owner's brain about how it all works). They have new beds, change the bulbs often (my bed had only 60 hours on the bulbs), a wide selection of tanning oils and lotions, and an overall pleasant experience. They've also got some GREAT deals going on, and are willing to help you out with per-visit paying. Great business!

I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Before starting, I was informed that the extra nail on my big toe would be an additional $10, which I understood and agreed to. I was then told there was an extra $10 charge for the coffin shape, even though I had been told beforehand there was no additional charge for that. I was also charged $10 for length, despite my nails being short, and another $10 for the French tip, even though the package I selected already included French tips. When I questioned the charges, it seemed there was some confusion among the staff. Instead of correcting what appeared to be an error, the charges were explained in a way that still didn't fully account for the total. I left feeling unclear about where the additional costs came from. Unfortunately, that experience lost me as a customer. It was disappointing because I had just moved to the area and was hoping this would become my regular nail salon. Paying $120 for basic short French tip nails, with so many unexpected extra charges, did not feel transparent or professional. Out of respect for their business, I didn't make a scene in the store and still left a tip.
