We are trying to order a flower bouquet for a friend's mom's 70th birthday as a surprise from CA, then found Tropical Florals Hawaii via Yelp! search. I was trying to order the Sassy Anna on the site but had a question about the delivery time, so I picked up the phone and called the shop. I got to talk to the owner/ Flower Guy William, he is such a sweetheart and has awesome energy, he patiently listens to my request and made some floral suggestions, offering same-day delivery. He knows that we are from out of State and offered to take photos of the floral arrangement before and at the delivery to let us know the order status. The Sassy Anna set was just fabulous and exactly what we would imagine, it was colorful tropical and vibrant, full of life. It was PERFECT for a 70's birthday celebration. The flowers made our day and made our friend's family trip more memorable. The level of creative design, care, and reasonable price made me feel so happy that I decided to shop local and support local businesses instead of those nationwide delivery services. When the plant varietal that we ordered had wasn't going to be up to quality (due to a storm), he took the time to contact us by text and phone to offer a substitute. Our order was for a stroke patient. He not only went above and beyond with the arrangement, but he delivered it. He also relayed back to us the discussion he had with the recipient at delivery.
