David was great to work with - he gives it to you straight, gave a very competitive price. There was no pressure to work with him, but he always answered every question before we committed, and continued to communicate regularly throughout the project. He gave an estimated time frame and they beat it by a couple days. They were very accommodating on start date when we asked to move it up, and were happy to work with our schedule when other parts of the house weren't ready for them. Some contractors come one day and dont come back for a couple days - they showed up every day they said they would be here. The crew, Peter and Miguel, worked well together and so they were able to move through the project quickly. The finished product looks great thanks to their attention to detail. Another thing, we were living there during the flooring and they were very understanding and happy to work with us on minimizing the disruption to our home. Lastly, for the material, they referred us to a place nearby that had a great selection, and great price. Would highly recommend Lam's Flooring to anyone who needs flooring work done.

The pricing was fantastic and they got it finished within a week despite my house full of furniture. I waited a month before I submitted the review in case any issues come up and I can now say that no issues and I love my new floors. Everything was done well including the stairs and the baseboards. David was extremely responsive whenever I had a question and his crew Miguel and Jaden were the nicest and most courteous peeps you can meet. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Edit to add: After seeing my review, Alex reached out and apologized, and assured me that he and…read morehis team will fix the sinking board. I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!

Please do not shop at this store. We purchased waterproof flooring for our living room. Our living…read moreroom has a two-panel glass patio door, so it receives direct sunlight during the day. When we started installing the flooring, we discovered that the planks became soft in the heat and could not lock together properly or lie flat. This made it impossible to install the floor correctly. When I contacted the store, they told me to read the instructions on the box and said that because it was a final sale, they would not take any responsibility. The salesperson should have informed us before the purchase that this type of flooring is not suitable for areas with direct sunlight or high temperatures. If we had known about this limitation, we would have chosen a different product. Instead, we were left with flooring that could not be installed properly and received no support from the store. I would not recommend this business.

I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard.
