The bathhouse, laundry room, activity room, gym, and pool were all well maintained. They have trash pick up at your site at 10:00. They clean restrooms at 11:30. They put us on the outside line for campers and we were grateful to not be in the middle backed up to another camper. Staff were all very friendly. We will for sure return to this campground.

But your employees barely do anything. They just pick up the trash bag and that's it. The employees you have working here are so rude and they make up rules as they go.. If they do not want smokers smoking in certain places, put up signs where you do not want people to smoke at! I have never seen them even test the pool and I run every morning! All they do is pick up the trash at the end of the driveways. This park has potential but they need to hire people who are actually willing to work! I have even heard customers complain about how nasty the cabins are. They never clean the inflatables either! We have spent a lot of money to be mistreated. And not to be able to use the ammentities you guys supposedly offer because your employees refuse to actually clean them! Not to mention, I've walked around this park every night cleaning the loose trash (3-4 trash bags) that your employees are to lazy to do. 10/10 this place isn't worth it! This wasn't even that bad

The location is great for those who don't need to stay on the beach . It is nice that all the rooms are spacious and over look all the pools ... however the security detail that works the pools has a lot to be desired . Our children were constantly harassed in the pool area . 11-13 yo who were sliding , swimming , and just going round and around lazy River and doing nothing short of being kids . Mind you , we are on vacation and paying $$$$ . We always had adults out there , and our kids were generally not misbehaving and if they did something security didn't it like , they were respectful and moved on . They were harassed so much some didn't want to go back to the pools at one point . One security guard threatened 2 boys in our group to the point that the parent went to him first with him disrespecting the parent to the point that she asked for the supervisor who were going to pull the cameras . The supervisor informed us that this community / condos are housing more retirement people so the security has stepped up ( unpleasant security was our opinion) ; this is becoming more of a senior community ( * side note :most owners we met were very very nice and pleasant / tolerant of the fun we were having ) I say this only to have future vacation goers please keep this in mind if you want to vacation with children with the hopes of them being kids enjoying themselves . #notfamilyfriendly

We were all excited because in the past all the condos have been awesome, but this one was a let down. We walked in with a few groceries, opened the fridge and we were about knocked down with the smell of spoiled seafood! I went down stairs to the check in counter to complain, and the fella was very helpful trying to get the issue fixed. He called the supervisor of the cleaning company and that man started hollering at him over the phone about what all I had complained about. The fella then gave me the phone to explain what wall I was saying, the cleaning supervisor then said that everything was inspected and it was fine. I told him to come and look and smell. He agreed in sending someone but nothing changed for the 5 night/6 days we were there. Phoenix Orange Beach #401, lacked in cleaning as well. The kitchen had nothing but small "glass" glasses to drink out of and with kids ages 3-16, 4 of them being 10 and under plastic glasses would have been much safer. The beds were comfortable, slept well but the rooms that had views to the outside only had sheer curtains and didn't block the early morning sun. The decor wasn't like the the other condos that we have stayed in in the past. The outdoor pool was extremely small to accommodate the guests. The laundry area about knocked me for a loop, you'll see in the pictures I post. The walk to the beach was just a little short jaunt which was great! That's probably the best thing about this property! Oh and the ice machine on this property is $5.00 a bag!
