Cons, we stayed 9 days July 2025. The site we had was, unfortunately ,between 2 "full timers". We don't mind full timers but these 2 looked like junk yards. Very unpleasant to look at and camp next to. Also, saw 2 RV's that had clothes lines strung up between trees that were full of wet clothes. Nobody wants to see your wet drawers and panties. Before you book, I would suggest to ask if they are going to have you next to a full timers because some of them looked very rough.

The largest sites we have ever encountered in our 2 years as Full Time RV travelers. The people were amazing and the park was only 18 miles to Gulf Shores. Close to town and a country feel. There was weekly get togethers, Potluck dinners and celebrations. We enjoyed Mardi Gras with them Feb 2018. A hidden gem.
