When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. Hole in the filter put a TON of diatomaceous earth into my pool. Have you ever tried to get diatomaceous earth out of the pool? The worst. I sent lots of pictures to them trying to figure out why my pool wasn't clearing up as they had said it would "in a few days". There was no response Called Leslie's and they helped me diagnose the problem. Oh ya! I also had to buy a new PUMP motor. Too bad as I had high hopes for the couple. I paid them too quickly after the opening. Guess that's what they were mostly interested in. Not a good way to get return business.
