The car needed a switch that is no longer available, so he built a switch for that. Now it works just fine. I've had some other work done on the car, including a front end alignment, and he's always very timely and very good at what he does. Super glad I found a guy that's honest and good at what he does.

I have a Ford Explorer that had burnt up a serpentine belt. I towed my vehicle to this shop and asked the owner to replace the AC compressor because I believed that was causing the issue. They replaced the AC Compressor and then replaces several other parts without consulting me first. The belt kept sticking. Finally they noticed that the harmonic balancer pulley had separated from the rubber and the belt was running on the rubber. So I provided a new harmonic balancer (lower on Amazon than what I was quoted). Brought the car home to find that it was leaking coolant. Took the vehicle back to Oimoens to be diagnosed and they said that the radiator needed to be replaced. I provided a new radiator ($100 cheaper on Amazon than quoted price) dropped off the vehicle to Mark the owner. I call at the end of the day to see if the vehicle is fixed. I was told that the radiator was replaced, and when the vehicle was taken on a Test drive the engine overheated completely to the point of failure. I was told that my explorer had to be towed back to the shop. I come to the shop to take a look at the vehicle and talk to the owner. My engine is ruined and the owner wants to run more tests after he overheated my engine. After all this he still won't take any responsibility claiming that the car overheated while he took my car for a 6 mile drive "to get the excess air out of the system" and ruin my car. My car is now unusable and on top of all that he charged me $300 for the "services" he provided. I would not recommend taking your car to this shop.

Tried to do a good thing and keep my business local.......Big mistake!!!…read more Picked up my Telluride on Friday and now it's going into Kia to get fixed. I slid into a snowbank and had some minor body and Tire damage. Also, a horrible vibration at higher speeds. Went to pick up my vehicle and to my surprise it was not repaired fully. I was about ready to sign my paperwork and pay my Deductible and asked the body shop staff if I should drive my ride before signing my paperwork to make sure that the vibration was gone. They guy looked at me and said, "Oh, the vibration is not gone" He said, "I took two service Techs out with me and we are not sure where that vibration is coming from". "We think it might be the Drive Trans." What a shock!!! I asked, "So, why didn't you keep going and fix the issue" He said, "You are going to have to talk to your insurance." I called my insurance guy and he was shocked that there wasn't anything done or no Referral to take else where for further repairs. I'm 100% sure that the people in the Body Shop wasn't even going to mention the vibration not being addressed. My insurance guy suggested that I Call the Service Manager and see if I could get my Telluride back into the Service department to do diagnostics on the vibration. I called and explained the situation to Her and she said, "Can you hold on 1 second." I was assuming she was going to talk to the Body Shop to gather information. Nope, She just transferred the call to the Body Shop!!!! Absolutely unacceptable response for a Manager!!! I now have an appointment with Kia to get my vehicle repaired. Here is the worst part about this whole situation. After my Telluride is repaired, we are going to purchase a brand-new Silverado because we bought a small camper and it's a little too much for the Telluride. Looks like we will be taking our business out to Runde or another Chevy Dealership. What a missed opportunity!!!!!

She was able to provide me with a great deal on a beautiful truck without the hassle and frustration I previously encountered at dealerships.
