This is an update regarding the shower. I think the showers need an inspection or maintenance. It has a twin shower valve, there is no indication of which is what. But we figured the top valve is the on/off and the bottom is the hot/cold. However, the hot/cold valve has no indication on which side is hot and which is cold. Most of them (maybe after certain years) can be turned 360 degree. There was a time I was going to take a shower, no hot water, no matter which side I turned, just no hot water. Then I went to the other one. The temperature went super high within seconds, luckily I managed to "escape". The shower room was covered it white smoke and I had to try to turn it off without burning myself. I notice the other studios have similar issue, and I hope they will pay more attention to their facilities. read more

Now I am beginning to morph into a fully fledged yogi, I have started to relax after class in the lounging area, chatting to other yogi's whilst enjoying the delights of the super healthy cafe. The granola with yogurt and fruit is dynamite, whilst the porridge is also very tasty. There are plenty of options on food that would delight any vegan or vegetarian, and whilst you wait you can peruse the yoga shop and read about all the fascinating workshops and retreats that are coming up. I've already told you the classes rock, but it is great to add a healthy breakfast before work to. I love this place. read more

Extraordinarily disappointed with the studio. Exsisting customers note: do not expect a refund if you close your account. It was easier closing my account with Pure Gym than with Triyoga. I cancelled my class passes and asked for a refund due to C19. Triyoga agreed and then refunded the money to the wrong account. I have asked them to correct their error and have been chasing them for 3 weeks with no resolution (they keep telling me to contact the card service, despite the fact I don't have a card with the company/am not the card holder). read more

Wonderful studio. I just did a master class here and it was really challenging, but great. Great customer service. It is a little hard to get to from a tube stop, but a nice place to go and make a day of it. My only beef is that the clientele, bless their snobby local selves, don't smile, and are not interested in engaging each other. Hopefully yoga will change that one day since being affluent doesn't mean being cold. *No one cleans the mats after use, there isn't even product anywhere to clean the mats? What's up London? FINALLY somewhere that offers hot yoga. It's a wonderful studio with friendly staff. It's even got therapy room. There are a few reasons why it's only got 4 stars: - It's kind of pricey. Consider that I already have a gym membership and I'm only interested in doing bikram may be once or twice a week, it's around £14 a class. - The temperature of the studio is a bit inconsistent - They don't offer hot flow :( - Bring your own matt, or they're gonna make you use a matt towel which IMO is slippery and inconvenient (It ruins your flow when you have to constantly spray water onto your towel) BUT it's still a wonderful space. I am surprised at the bad review for this yoga studio, it is one of the best I have ever been to. It is packed solid full of yoga, 7 days a week, morning to evening. There is normally a class to suit everyone. I would highly recommend Ryan's ashtanga class on Saturday morning which is definitely on the dynamic end of yoga. By the end of it you will have a puddle of sweat all around you. The rooms are also wonderful to be in and have a nice spacious vibe to them. My only complaint would be about how busy it can get! read more

Triyoga studio is one of the best in the city, in my opinion. It is a beautiful, brightly-lit, clean studio with tons of class offerings at many times during the day. I have taken a number of classes across many yoga disciplines (vinyasa, ashtanga, jivamukti, hot, etc.) and all have been of very high quality. The teachers have all been excellent and seem very involved in the development and practice of each student. The amenities offer a luxurious even spa-like experience. They have lockers, showers, storage cubbies, etc. There is even a cafe in the space that serves up fresh juices, healthy salads and snacks, as well as a lot of raw foods if you're into that. This would be 5 stars in my book except for the price. I wish they had more reasonable packages if you bought classes in bulk, as I cannot justify going to this studio regularly on top of what I pay for my gym membership. So I do not go as often as I would like to. However, the new student two weeks for £20 deal is a steal (especially when single clases go for £16), so it is a great opportunity to try out the studio and see for yourself. read more

I was very disappointed with my classes here. Walked in, fell in love with the studio itself but the classes were a HUGE let down. If you're looking for a great sweaty class, do not come here I tried 4 of them (Level 2, 3, and Open) and was very frustrated. Other studios I've been to, make Open level classes pretty challenging and I kept giving this studio a try but disliked all 4 classes that I tried. If you need therapy or are recovering from an injury I would definitely recommend this studio. If you're looking for a great workout and challenging classes, try Power Yoga Company, LIfe Studio in Shoreditch or Light Centre. read more

Having been to a large percentage of yoga studios in London, I can honestly say I rate Triyoga as top quality. Not just in terms of the spacious studios and SW London location, but also the quality of its teachers. I have practiced a number of yoga disciplines at this studio and each have their own merits. My favourite however is Vinyasa and Yin. The classes are available based on skill e.g beginner, intermediate, advance - and even those that are open to all levels offer pose variations suitable for all. The feel of every class is very inclusive, there is no elitism here which you can find at other studios. The space boasts two studios offering hot yoga, traditional yoga and pilates every day of the week in addition to select courses. Everything can be signed up to online with the average class pass £16 or if you are lucky £8 off peak during the week. There's also a great cafe and book space to relax post class. I love Triyoga Chelsea, the hot yoga on a Sunday with James is great, my partner & I would go to relax, nice way to gear up for Monday. I've seen Gemma Clare many times for Deep Tissue massage, Gemma is fantastic & uplifting, I've never had a better massage. I walk away feeling wonderful every time, you havnt had a massage until you see Gemma! Also her body oil & lotion is a must try. Merran Lusher-Nutritionist is wonderful & always sends me away with great energy, Merran has really helped me over the last couple of years getting my body on track by using homeopathic remedies, I've also had a body talk session which was very interesting & uplifting. Enrida-I wanted to try a colonic treatment for years but was worried where to go, I was recommend to see Enrida & I'm so glad I went for the treatment. Enrida has excellent knowledge & really helped me, I had 3 sessions total. read more

The zen atmosphere washes over you from the second you walk through the doors. It all begins by removing the confinement of shoes and continues with a calming experience at the register. My morning continues with the tempting scent of organic oatmeal from the cafe as I pass on my way to the change room where incense bathes me in peace. In class, every teacher has brought me new understanding to the poses and offered a new style to embrace. I'm not rigid in my choice of practice, feeling that Hatha is perfect for Monday morning but Vinyasa Flow is more appropriate mid-week to keep my muscles alive and my mind in tune to inner peace . Moon Day was perhaps my favourite experience yet, I was guided through two new inversions and realized that I must have some liver issues as I felt queasy most of the way through the movements. This was an exciting challenge. As a relatively new yogi (if I'm allowed to call myself that) I must confess my adoration for the bolster. It is great for my long back and perfectly supports my knees for savassana at the end of every session. Amazing depths of meditation have been reached in Studio 1. I have received nothing but positive experiences and would recommend starting the day at Triyoga to anyone. read more

This place is wonderful!! I loved Alan's class. He is a wonderful teacher. I like the set up and the many options of classes. I also got a massage with tom, so therapeutic and relaxing. As a TriYoga teacher I am a little bit biased, but it is still very exciting to have another location of this great studio. It's a beautiful space, with tons of classes, so you are sure to find something for everyone. Obviously, you should come to my super vigorous, vinyasa class (Thursday 6:15 and 7:45!!!) I have taken some great yoga classes on my journey as a yogi, but I have Triyoga to thank for my 10 year love of yoga. The introductory ashtanga classes I took there so long ago stil influence my practice today. The instructors were welcoming but exacting for every pose, every breath. Physically demanding and spiritually invigorating, I have yet to find a studio in the States that strikes the same balance as well as Triyoga. read more

Great studio! Never took one of the regularly scheduled classes but they have absolutely amazing guest teachers, I went for an Ana Forrest training which was of course wonderful. The space itself is nice, they have showers, lockers, & even a little cafe. I really enjoyed my time there & really want to go back because they send me emails every week about all of their cool workshops! read more

One of the smaller locations for triyoga but still a great space! Spacious and airy studios with floor to ceiling windows that provide lots of natural light. Really disappointed with the service at triyoga chelsea. I came to the class exactly on time and they cancelled my name on the list and gave the class to another person on the waiting list. I was looking forward to the class and rushed to get there on time, I think it's terrible service to cancel people last minute, they're just a money making machine and don't are about people, wouldn't recommend this place, plenty of other nicer yoga studios that actually care about people. read more

INTENSE AND BRISTISH: The facility is excellent: three naturally lit huge studios, showers, and hippie style snack bar were all very clean and well maintained. On average there are 12 classes per day. The staff is very friendly. I took two instructor-led ashtanga classes, a Mysore class, and kirtan class. Immediately on entering the class, you get a positive vibe because the class has a high fitness level. The instructor-led ashtonga classes are different than in the USA because at Triyoga they stick very close to 1st series; they seem like prep classes for Mysore so there is little upper body work but lots of seated position work. The Mysore class was led by Eileen who is definitely a true Mysore believer which makes it fun...she is also stronger than she looks and does hearty adjustments. All the classes were quite good and fun even if they were not off-scale intense. The Kirtan was excellent, and the gazpacho in the hippie café was excellent. After class, if you go down Erskine Road there is a pub with a very friendly crowd (Pembroke Inn) and a great white beer so you can replace any poisons removed by Yoga and so are set to return the next day for another session. My other athletic suggestion for London would be to go running along the Regents Canal. read more

This is really hectic yoga place. Good teachers but sometimes the classes have over 30 students!!!! no way to get proper attention unless you are a regular i feel, good teaching, but so is a dvd. Would definitely go back but maybe in the day when the classes arent so packed. read more

A BIG NO NO. One of the worst studios all round I've ever been to. Staff rude always late to class amd once found insects inside the mat amd blanket. So disgusting and unclean amd probably alot of germs manifesting in their unclean mats blankets equipment and premises. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to go here unfortunately. read more
