It was a long drive and the provider seemed to have lost my appointment and double booked and couldn't squeeze me in. And she admitted she messed up and did find the appointment while I was there. But I had to wait a week to rebook and it's not like I live in Brookings. I drive down from Gold Beach. The ambiance is horrible because somebody crashed into the front months earlier and it hasn't been repaired yet. Just hazard tape around the bashed-in front wall. The provider didn't have a lot of experience and 50$ was too much for the level (and lack) of service. I'll never go back. But hey, there aren't a whole lot of providers for pedicures in Brookings OR Gold Beach. It's a shame. I'll keep looking, but I think I'll have to drive to Crescent City or Grants pass for better service. Either that or just go back to doing my own pedicures. Can't complain too much. We live in paradise here. So there's good with the bad. It's just too small of a town to have more options available. And I dont think I wish the town would get any bigger. #SmallTownProblems

NEVER have Jennifer do your hair. Went in for trim. Went back a week later for a partial foil and…read moreasked for her to correct the layers from the cut the previous week as they were uneven. When she was finished the layers were 1 line straight across at bang level, with a razor and the "foil" was a straight color on top. I lost about 2" off the length and when I commented about the straight line of what was supposed to be layers she stated it had to be because of how I parted it. Really???? I was still in the chair and SHE had parted it. It has been 2 months now and I'm still so very angry. I have spent over 150.00 in 2 visits to try and correct it. It will take at least 2 more. Save yourself the anguish and expense. Listen to my review. Jennifer has no business being a hairstylist. She is worthless and horrible at this job.
