A woman threw up about 1hour ago and no one has cleaned it. They placed a garbage can on top and called it a day.

A woman threw up. Staff placed a garbage can on top and left it. An hour has passed by and no one has cleaned it up. People have walked past it and stepped on it unaware that it's vomit. The man claims that they ate under staff. Yet, he is sitting there with no one coming in and the vomit is still sitting there. With flu season and virus going around it would have been appreciated for the vomit to get cleaned up immediately.

Our daughter decided to be a big figure skater just 5 months ago. The coaches and training here are excellent. So are their spring break and other kids programs. They really inspire the kids with a positive and supportive spirit that leaves them wanting to do great things. Kudos to the staff here making this a great skating experience.

What a wonderful experience!! I was taken here today by my partner on a surprise date for our 3 year anniversary. The staff (in particular Steve) was so kind and welcoming... And the skaters were awesome! You can tell some true practice happens at this rink. Thanks for having us and for celebrating our LLoversary with us! We will for sure be back!

The staff at the location were super friendly. Also, they got some cool claw machines!

Came here for a birthday party. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, facilities clean and in good working condition. Party room though small was sufficient. Not much room for adults to hang around, but we were all soon off to ice skating. The rink is in pretty good condition and all had lots of fun. This location filled up quickly after lunch and especially when they were cleaning the ice it made it difficult to find a place to sit and sometimes stand. When returning skates, employees were again nice and friendly. Saw some helping people put skates on and other things to make their day go well. Wish they would have someone out skating to enforce rules or move people along. There were some people standing around or some people being very careless. Other than that, and despite that, all of the party had a great time skating. Everyone asked to come back some more we will definitely return.

Good place for starting to skate. The ice is pretty chewed up all the time. Always busy. Parking is a problem.

The ice is pretty sturdy, and the railing around the side is safe for all the beginner skaters out there (like myself) who spend the first ten minutes stubbornly clinging to the edge from fear. There's also a lot of bucket towers provided that beginner skaters can use to lean on while they skate. I liked that there were two medium-sized rinks, so you could easily transfer from one to the other if the rink you're on had too many people zooming around. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and overall it was a great experience! (Skate rentals are $5 and entry is $10)

This is easily one of the most interesting places in SF, hands down. We had a chance to pay our respects by way of celebrating my best friend's birthday here. What a find...! We purchased tickets on Eventbrite a few weeks in advance. Our session was 4:30-6:00 pm. Onsite, we rented skates for $5. No half sizes, but my 8.5 feet fit in a 9 just fine. Decked out with disco lights, the church glows vibrantly against the backdrop of its stained glass windows. Music of all eras reverberates through the high ceilings, a welcome greeting to all. I didn't realize that we were graced with the presence of the Godfather of Skate, D. himself! I should have done my research earlier. He casually swung by, in full purple regalia, and gave my struggling newbie self some tips. Within 10 mins, I was skating without shaking at all??? I never got to properly thank him...! I'll be sure to next time. NOTE: Bring cash to rent skates!

The ice slide also looked like a fun added bonus. Purchased tickets ahead of time and they made it easy to add to apple wallet, and also texted and emailed a copy of the tickets/QR code which was great for me, but might be difficult to access for anyone not smartphone savvy or access. Check in and getting our skates was easy enough, although I had to go back a second time because the young man gave me the men's size instead of the ladies, so I went to the young gal the 2nd time to the skate window and she remedied that for me. We had the combo ticket but decided to skate first as they don't guarantee skate sizes or walkers and I was able to get a walker for an added rental fee of $15 which I didn't mind but would have preferred if we could add this to our reservation because we really could not have skated without it. They have lockers for your belongings if needed, we just left our shoes under a bench and it was fine. We put our skates on and immediately they were very uncomfortable, they tighten down with three plastic belt paths (think roller blades) and on their website it specifically advised to wear tall socks but not thick socks, so that is what we did. The skates were immediately digging in hard on both mine and my friends inner ankle bone. So much so that after 10 minutes we were in agony and decided to take a break and try the ice slide with our littles. The ice slide was fun, they had 2 of the 3 lanes open and someone at the top monitoring each lane. The tubes were in at least 3 different sizes which was great but we did need to wait a bit to use a red tube which were the smallest size for the 4 year olds. In the meantime we used a larger tube and they let us tube with them (we also had a combo ticket) and the littles on our laps. My child was scared of the slide so only went a handful of times but there is a snack shack and tables adjacent so we got some hot cocoa and watched her friend. All in all this was a cute spot and we had fun, the rink is small but wasn't too crowded on a January Saturday, the layout, decor and staff were all great, but I will try somewhere else next time since the main goal was ice skating and the skates were just way too uncomfortable.

There was no charge to skate, though the skating pass price of $12 posted online is not bad, especially without the $3 skate rental cost (since I have my own rollerblades). This place is quite simple. A small shoe cubbies storage unit against the wall, a few seats and tables outside the rink, a restroom in the back, socks and snacks (water, chips, gatorade) sold behind the counter, and friendly staff making everyone feel welcome. The rink had a smooth and sturdy surface, creating an ideal skating experience. It was surrounded by plexiglass, able to withstand the barrage of kids crashing into the walls. Tiny disco balls hung from the ceiling, along with colorful decorative string lights. Mainly hip hop and rnb music played through the speakers, a song list including Isn't She Lovely by Stevie Wonder, I Want To Be Your Man by Zapp, and Don't Stop Til You Get Enough by the king of pop. The skating rink was small but never felt crowded. There was plenty of space to glide freely, and it was easy to dodge the kids. Even the skate aids didn't take up a lot of space or get in the way.
