I talked to like 6 different firms, and what immediately drew me to Prestige was Nestor's professionalism and demeanor. He was easy to talk to, kind and very sharp. He wasn't pushy, and clearly explained the way in which he would approach my case. Up to that point, every firm I talked to was requiring me to sign lengthy service contracts filled with a lot of red flags and broad indemnity clauses. Nestor on the other hand was honest and up front, telling me he could take on my case for an extremely reasonable flat fee, and no ridiculous 10 page contract requiring a kidney as collateral. The intake alone was a breath of fresh air. Having just finished my case, I can also say this team delivers above and beyond what's expected. I honestly feel like I owe more than I paid. Nestor spent the weekend working on my case, and went well beyond the parameters to get me more than I expected or asked for. Nestor has earned a customer for life in me, he will definitely be my first all for any future investigative needs.

Peter helped me gain 50% custody of my kids during my divorce…read more With his surveillance, professionalism, and keen instincts he gathered enough evidence to prove my ex-wife was doing a bunch of wrong things, showing she is a poor mother and she was alienating me from my kids while she was abandoning them. This also helped reduce her alimony by proving that she was not working, when she claimed to the court she was working full-time. With Peter's help, she finally got what she deserved. Divorce is screwed up for the man if the ex-wife is crazy and makes crazy claims, the man is automatically put at a disadvantage and has to gather evidence and prove he is actually a good dad. The divorce court system is screwed up, but thanks to Peter we proved her wrong.

SF & Bay Area Investigations provided exactly the level of professionalism, compassion, and…read moreexpertise I needed during an extremely distressing time. I recently discovered a financial statement showing the purchase of tracking equipment--while a criminal restraining order was in place against my ex. After everything I've been through, it was alarming and overwhelming, and I found myself constantly looking over my shoulder and feeling unsafe in my own daily routine. I worked directly with the owner--we'll refer to him as "D" for the sake of privacy--and from the very first conversation, he created a safe space for me to explain everything in detail. He didn't rush me, didn't minimize anything, and offered knowledgeable, grounded guidance that extended far beyond the standard vehicle sweep I initially called about. His professionalism was matched with genuine compassion, which made a huge difference given the circumstances. When it came time for the vehicle sweep, D was incredibly thorough. His process was meticulous, transparent, and clearly rooted in extensive field experience. What stood out most was how present he was--tentative, patient, and highly focused on ensuring every inch of the vehicle was checked. Even after the sweep, he continued to support me by answering follow-up questions and helping me process lingering concerns. If you're considering PI services--especially if you're dealing with something sensitive, frightening, or emotionally heavy--I cannot recommend this company enough. D listens, understands, and takes your safety seriously. His combination of expertise and empathy provided me with peace of mind at a time I desperately needed it. SF & Bay Area Investigations is absolutely a top-tier PI service, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism I received.
