When…read moreI called there on Tuesday I was told an estimator would call me later that day to get us on the schedule, but they did not call. I called again on Wednesday requesting an estimate and was told they would call (again). After they did not call I followed up and was suddenly told that I needed to pay for a mold test. When I spoke to Enviro Science, Christine Bridge, she said this would be covered by insurance, but then called back saying I needed to pay roughly $850 for this service and it would not be covered. Then last night a woman called Nina called me back from their company. Nina said that secretary was "new" and gave me incorrect information and said that a mold test is not necessary to have before an estimate and that someone would call me today. It is now 12:30 Thursday and I still hadn't heard from Quick Response. That secretary answered asking if I could share the mold test, so I went over the conversation with Nina yesterday and the call was escalated to Brendan, who is an estimator who also claims to be the supervisor. He is saying that in order for them to do any estimate I need to pay the $850 for a mold test and have that reviewed. He said these were policies but he would not put that in an email or share any of these requirements, that he was saying are New York law, in writing in any way. No other company has required this test in order to receive an estimate.

Well we have it for a while and it runs great until we broke the belt on it. It is a bag machine which means that you are not left with any smell of whatever you are picking up. You just throw out the bag. Anyway, John the owner came out and we talked with him and told him how much we love the machine. If anyone is looking for a good vacuum, don't go to Walmart where you think that you are getting a great value only to return it in a few days. You get what you pay for. Go to Capitol Vacuum. They are know their products. Yes, you will pay more but at least you won't have to return it. This is the place to go. They also have a store up in Glens Falls too! I won't go anywhere else.

We called Whirlpool, and they assigned a repair company. Some of the dumbest individuals I've ever came across. After two weeks of dealing with them, I called Whirlpool back, and demanded that they send someone better. I can't say enough good things about the Appliance Specialist. I was able to call, and either get a hold of someone, or get a call back in a reasonable time. They never forgot about us. They were great at knowing the equipment, and dealing with Whirlpool to get the correct parts sent. They were great about Covid safety. I know who to call once my warranty runs out.
