However, I am not a big fan of some of the gym machines as some aren't very comfortable to use. For example, the excess amount of Hoist machines could possibly be replaced by other machines from other companies. In other gyms I have visited, the other machines from companies like Life Fitness have been a favorite for me and at times I see myself going to these gyms to get a workout that is more appealing for me. Another thing I have noticed is that some of the cardio machines almost never see use and could possibly be replaced by other machines. This is an amazing gym overall but it could definitely see some improvement. From other people I have spoken to they all noticed the big price increases on memberships and guest passes, and I think it would be fitting to see some equipment upgrades to go along with the increased prices.

In my experience, many of the Hoist machines are awkward to use compared to Hammer Strength or Life Fitness machines, and I've noticed that several of the Hoist machines near the front of the gym often sit unused while other equipment is constantly occupied. I've also heard similar feedback from other members. With membership prices increasing, I think investing in newer equipment would add a lot of value. Machines such as a pullover machine, pin-loaded preacher curl, supine press, and a pin-loaded chest-supported row would be excellent additions and would give members more effective training options. I really enjoy this gym and hope it continues improving. Upgrading some of the older Hoist machines to Hammer Strength or Life Fitness equipment would make an already great gym even better.

Unfortantely, I had to stop going and processed a cancellation of my membership. Some how the process never finished and I was getting charged. I was able to get help from the location manager (Lou) and she was really understanding and respectful. She was able to get the situation resolved pretty quickly and I remembered why I fell in love with the place. Extremely Unprofessional Instructor - Unsafe for Kids…read more I enrolled my son in his very first badminton class here, hoping it would be a positive introduction to the sport. Unfortunately, the experience was the exact opposite. The instructor was shockingly rude from the start, and at one point even kicked my son's leg while "correcting" his posture. This is completely unacceptable behavior toward any student, let alone a beginner attending his first class. No child should ever be subjected to physical aggression or humiliation in a learning environment. My son left the class upset and is now unwilling to return, which tells you everything about how damaging the interaction was. As a parent, I'm deeply disappointed and concerned that this kind of conduct is allowed to happen under their program. I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately and ensure instructors are trained to work with children respectfully and safely. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely love indoor soccer, and this facility makes it such a great experience for families. The kids always have a blast, the field is consistently clean and safe, and the entire place has such a welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Chris, deserves special recognition. He's incredibly calm, patient, and professional even when parents get heated during games, coming up to him in his office raising their voices, he never raises his voice or loses his composure. You can tell he genuinely cares about the families and players who come here. This is a family-run establishment and the only indoor soccer facility in the area, which makes it such a valuable part of our community. Their pool is constantly undergoing some sort of HVAC issues which leads to ongoing and almost weekly pool closures. For gym members, I assume you are hoping your gym membership includes access to a pool which means 9 out of 10 times in any given month you are dealing with a closed pool. City Sports, get your act together. Why is your pool closed so many weeks out of the year???
