I about blew a gasket and the woman could see the great dismay in my face and reluctantly processed my three registrations where she improperly registered all three vehicles into the wrong district and so I had to go to DMV and handle it myself. Poor customer service and I'm thinking about canceling my AAA membership since I've never used one tow in the past 15 years and it was the DMV perks that made it worth the membership. From what the staff were saying, the couple after me said that there is no one in the waiting area so they can be assisted, luckily the staff checked it and I am able to finish what I need to. Giving 3 because of the system and partly the staff there is totally no coordination. I think the only staff moving is Syed which I commend for being all in one while other staff were just sitting not even assisting for other inquiries and photos.

***Avoid doing business with this place***…read more I waited a few weeks to write this review. I wanted a level head. After years of being with Allstate and Ray Manfredi, we got tired of it. The lack of response and treating us like we were bothering them when asking something. They were happy to take our money and keep pushing things that we told them we were not interested in. When we did cancel and leave, I called to get details about a refund. I was then talked down to by Ray. Mind you this was the first time I was able to get him on the phone in two years. I got to the point talking with Ray I lost my temper and had to tell him to do his job. After we have completely got away from him, he sent an email to our new insurance company telling them they don't know how to do business and were acting illegally.

Weeks later, nothing, I inquired again and they said they mailed it. Never got it. So they mailed it again, I got it this time and filled it out. Over a month later I contacted them and they said they never got it. Then they "found it" and said it'd take a week to process. That was 3 weeks ago. It's an absolute nightmare, like getting a virus off of your computer. If they're this bad with paperwork, imagine filing a claim...
