We first brought my son in on a Sunday. He was in severe pain, vomiting, running a fever, and complaining of intense stomach pain. The staff told us it was only a stomach virus and sent us home, assuring us he should improve within three days. By Tuesday at 3 a.m., his condition had worsened he was screaming in pain, vomiting, experiencing diarrhea, and telling me his hands and feet were going numb. I reported these symptoms, but they dismissed them as nerves because he was a child. They gave him morphine for the pain and repeatedly asked how he felt afterward, which of course only masked his symptoms. It wasn't until they finally performed a CT scan that they discovered his appendix had ruptured. He was immediately transferred by ambulance to a hospital in Nashville for emergency surgery. I was in shock this should have been caught during our first visit. My son's life was put at risk, and I will never return here or recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I went in with a pain level of 10 and described all my symptoms to the Spring Hill ER. They then told me that it was a sore muscle. The doctor said a pain and muscle relaxer would bring relief. Received two shots and waited. After 30 minutes my pain was still at a 10, which I told the 4 medical people that were in the room. They seem to be perplexed and sent me home telling me that it would start to work soon. I went back two hours later with the same pain level. The same doctor then gave me a patch for the muscle. Which I said would do nothing. I went to my primary doctor the next day and told him the same symptoms. He then said that I had been misdiagnosed in the ER and to stop all medication they had prescribed. He then stated that I had shingles. I'm on different medication and feeling much better. I did not tell my primary doctor anything different, he just listen to me. **Update** Talked to Tristar and they performed an "investigation". They came back stating that the correct course of treatment was performed per the symptoms. The symptoms they listed in the letter "lower back pain". I did not come into their ER with this symptom. I pointed and told them it was the middle right and rapped around to the front. Once again more proof that four medical professionals in their ER did not listen to me at all. Their incorrect diagnosis and treatment due to their lack of listening and basic incompetence I now have a bill for over $1000.00. read more

Not the best ER experience I've ever had. We were placed in a tiny, dingy room that was freezing, and their blanket heater didn't seem to be working. The staff members were kind enough, but didn't seem super confident in decisions or diagnoses.....and we waited for extended periods of time. Honestly, if you have the time, it's worth it to go to Williamson Health Center ER in my opinion. read more

Worst ER experience imaginable. Long wait times on slow day. They tell you that you are covered by insurance but then the actual DR is not. Aggressive and over inflated charges even for an ER. Just plan on you mininum service charge to be several thousand while receiving almost no care. I spent all of 30 seconds with the DR and she was rude, dismissive and just squeezed my leg and said I am fine. No testing. No reccomendations. ZERO Care. Then a month later over 2k in charges. For what? I have no idea there was no care or real diagnosis received. read more

We waited for hours for the dr to come look at my drs big bite on her leg. After she mentioned drawing a line in the bite she left and didn't return. When I asked if she was coming back to draw the line, she had a nurse come in instead. Then a couple weeks later we received a bill in our minor daughters name for the entire bill of over $1000 (for NO real treatment outside of giving us a new antibiotic and drawing the circle). Absolutely nothing was covered through insurance even though we verified in network. (Also very upsetting in regards to our insurance company) read more

I've been here three times for family members and each time I've had a positive experience. I've found that the staff are friendly (the nurse today had a great sense of humor), the facility is nice, and the doctors have been thorough in their treatment. After horror stories from neighbors I decided it was a necessary visit when I was experiencing chest pain. The visit itself was timely and the staff was friendly but I left with an incorrect diagnosis (gastroenteritis) after 45 minute. My GI correctly found a gallstone the following day. So after no medical help I am now left with a $1,500 bill for bloodwork and a chest X-ray. I have been admitted to Williamson for a fraction of the cost. I understand paying for ER services but that seems excessive. If an Urgent Care had been open I would have gone there and been better off. Will be making the drive to Williamson Medical from here on out. read more

We came in last week with my 10 year old son. What happened from there was a nightmare but I will contact directly regarding details. I will say Dr. Glassar is the worst kind of doctor...dangerously arrogant. And I truly fear her arrognace will cost a patient their life one day. The charge nurse that day was also rude and demeaning to me and my family. My son was held for 14 hours in this ER (from 8:45am to almost midnight) and was only given 2 slices of pizza to eat and at one point had an accident on himself because he wasn't checked in on frequently enough (we were not allowed back to see him until 12 hours into our visit). While sitting in the lobby not knowing what was happening to our 10 year old son we had to listen to Wendy, the registrar, make personal phone calls. At one point even cursing to the person on the other line, stating it "is bullshit I have to work Mothers day." At that point though nothing surprised me at this ER. I will say Dr. Bell was our saving grace. Him and the nurses that came for the evening shift were kind and compassionate, everything you expect from a healthcare provider. I wish I could say the same for Dr. Glassar and her nurses on day shift. I believe her and the other staff violated so many of our rights that day. Our encounter with Dr. Glassar was truly every parents nightmare. read more

I have no complaints at all about service. Very professional. BEWARE if you have insurance through the Maury Count School System "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE". I had a two hour ER visit to the tune of $ 9,816.61. Blue Cross only paid $5,447.10 because Spring Hill ER is out of their network. Tristar marked $4,369.51 customer pay down to $1,500. After numerous calls to both Blue Cross & Tristar both are blaming the other and I am going to have to pay $1,500.00. I felt really bad about how Maury and Williamson Hospitals acted when Tristar tried to put a hospital at Spring Hill. Guess what, I`m over it !!!!!!! read more

I had the pleasure of interacting with some amazing people today. I unfortunately was sick all last week and finally had to see a doctor. I WISH I could remember all the names of the men and women that helped me today. Well, technically 1 Man, the Doctor. I got in very quickly and wasn't in the room but 5 minutes before I was whisked off to get a chest X-ray. Warm blankets and the tv remote came next from the sweet X-ray tech. The Spring Hill ER staff and doctors are incredibly helpful and caring. Unfortunately, in the past 3-4 years, both me and my husband have had to visit the ER for various reasons and all of the doctors AND staff were incredibly competent, caring and thorough with every visit. They even helped resolve an issue with a urologist office we were referred to. The urologist office wouldn't request medical records for the continuation of care/referral. So, to help us out, they allowed for us to pick up the medical records at the Spring Hill ER instead. I wish EVERY medical practice was as helpful and awesome like this ER. It's also such a blessing that we live so close -- I couldn't imagine going to another ER/hospital for everything we've had to endure. read more

I had a horrible case of cellulitis and hobbled into the emergency room on Feb. 19th. I do not frequent emergency rooms as a patient, I've had one surgery when I was four and an obligatory colonoscopy last year as a fifty year old. Other than that, I only go into hospitals and emergency rooms for work. This was the most caring group of medical professionals I have met in quite some time. I was in horrible pain from a staph infection gone bad. I could barely walk. When the ultrasound was conducted, I have never screamed so loud in my life. I was hoping to pass out. Unfortunately, it was a necessary evil, and to the technician whom performed it was as gentle as she could be. To the tech: I am sorry if I caused you any undue stress. My hope is that with the growth of Spring Hill, the facility will grow into a full hospital rather than just an emergency room. The haul for my wife to visit me at Centennial was very hard on her. Thanks to the transport team as well, they were fantastic! Please don't change a thing with the staff there, other than growth at the facility! There needs to a full hospital please. read more

I will do every in my power to avoid this place. I was rushed here for pregnancy complications. They would not give fluids, texting on phones whole time. Left me on bathroom floor and discharged me while throwing up and keeling over. Doctor made light of my situation. Few hours after I was rushed to another hospital and barely made it. I had a a 4 day hospital stay and my baby was in severe danger. So the lack of professionalism and poor care was the worst night of my life. read more

Joke of an operation. Total lack of professionalism. If it's possible, go elsewhere. Please go elsewhere.Met my ex wife there with our son. He had an ear infection. When checked in to room , a doctor came back and said "I'll be back in 30 minutes" several hours later still no help. I went upfront and dealt with a heavyset blonde nurse who was very short and rude. Then the doctor overheard me complaining and said"your next, I'm the only one here." The heavy nurse then very rudly said "does that answer your question" Lmaoooooo, not my problem or Tristars inability to properly staff. Furthermore no reason to be rude.My mom is the nursing supervisor at a larger more equipped hospital. I wish my ex had taken our son there. This place is a joke and wish I could give no stars. I went to the Spring Hill Tri Star ER on 6/28/16 after a fall, because it was just a few minutes from my house. There was no wait. Literally walked in and in 2 min. was taken back .The Lady in admissions was very nice as was the female nurse. (sorry I don't remember their names)but they were very nice and professional. I had fallen earlier in the day and had multiple scrapes bruises and cuts and was in quiet a bit of pain. 5-6/10 on pain scale ,I was concerned because my ear had continued to bleed and was very swollen . I could not tell how bad the cut was . My neighbor a nurse practitioner recommended going to get stiches and a tetnus shot, so I did. When the doctor came in Dr Jobe. he asked me several times what happened. I explained several times (Embarassed) he NOT SO gently pulled my ear out looked at it (through the blood) and said " does that hurt?pain scale went immediately to 10/10. As he walked out he asked again what happened, the nurse cleaned the cut and gave me a tetanus shot. a male nurse came in with dc inst. I was left in the room . I stuck my head out of the door and asked if I was through . Dr said yes. and again made reference to my fall as if questioning my story. no one ever addressed my pain.INFLICTED more pain on me AND the Dr was extremely rude. So what is my complaint??? I just received a bill from this "Dr" for $840.00!!!!!! WHAT???? read more
