Went to Trish's Lashes twice neither time did I get what I asked for. My lashes fell out within the first week, and I know how to take care of Eyelash Extensions. I don't agree with their application. I was trained to do eye lash extensions myself, and they don't separate each lash to apply them....they use a different technique that's fast and doesn't adhere-Bad glue? I spent a lot of money, and won't be returning. Very disappointed read more

Trish's Lashes - Eyelash Service Near Me - Rancho Mirage, California

Atmosphere is overall nice but the lashes weren't what I expected. Instead of focusing on isolation of the lash they were focused on speed. These lashes are uncomfortable and we're glued directly on my lash line. It hurts to blink and both eyes look completely different. I paid $65 for a fill these are the most uncomfortable set of lashes I've ever had. My eyes are swelling from the lashes read more

I have been going to Veronica at the Rancho Mirage location for almost 4 months now. The first time I went Veronica at Trish's back in November was my first time being lashed, and she made the experience easy and pleasant, and was attentive and informative throughout the treatment and aftercare process. I now look forward to my fills every 2-3 weeks! The chairs are so comfortable and the salon atmosphere (aesthetic, music, fragrance) is so pretty and relaxing, I always fall asleep during my service! And I LOVE my lashes! I have now recommended Trish's to friends, and I highly recommend them to anyone reading! read more

I AM OBSESSED! I happened to be in the shopping center and decided to see if they did tinting and perming of eye lashes and just my luck they did! I shoes up at like 11:50 and they got me in at 12! Everyone was so nice and made sure I was okay the whole process and MY EYE LASHES ARE BEAUTIFUL! It also wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be! Excuse the weird picture I just can't get a good picture read more

When you call the salon, nobody answers.....ever. Their on-line scheduling screens don't work. The other option was messaging them thru their system which I did. That was 3 days ago and have not received a text, phone call or an email requesting an appointment. Amazing to me that a business would operate (or not) like this. How do they make money ??? read more

I came here 4 times - once for a full set and three fills. Since it had good reviews on Yelp I was hoping for a great product. I have had lashes in the past and know what to expect. I recently moved to the desert and tried this place out. Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. The lashes were very heavy and thick. I could only go one week between fills because they would fall out. I now go to Livias Lashes in Palm Desert and I get amazing results. I can go 3-4 weeks in between fills. read more

This is the third time I'm getting my eyelashes lifted at this location twice with Veronica, and it was amazing!!! I get so many compliments and the best sort is they did not get hurt or burn in the process. read more

Veronica is AWESOME! I recently moved from L.A. and was having difficulty finding someone who could do a great job with my lash extensions (and not have them fall out after a few days!). Veronica listens to what you want, is ALWAYS on time (which is important with my schedule), is friendly, professional and most of all-does a fantastic job with my lashes! The facility is super clean and they have these aesoem lazyboy like chairs so you are fully relaxed (and can even nap!) while they do their magic! The take sanitizing serioudly which is fantastic! Make sure to book your next appointment before you leave your first visit-Veronica is THAT good! read more

Hello, I only like to leave good reviews but this has to be said in case anyone else makes the mistake I did. I came in yesterday intending to get a full volume set. I typically do my own lash strips on special occasions and eyelash extensions a handful of times (never any issues). I have thick, black, strong lashes already and I am not sensitive to anything on my eyes. The front desk showed me the menu and I saw something called "customized lashes" which I have never seen before. I asked Veronica what the difference was and she said "it is better for short term/once in a while application. It is also thicker and more black making it look more dramatic." I told her that sounds like something I should try since I am only getting these for a one week vacation. She didn't convince me otherwise and agreed with me. I told her wow I am shocked more people don't do these and she didn't give information beyond that. I also told her Ive never seen this offered anywhere else and she didn't say anything again. She knew I wasn't familiar and didn't care to tell me anything more. I was just another appt for her to get in and out. She didn't tell me the process and the feeling is completely different than eyelash extensions. Just simply better for short term and more dramatic looking. When she finished,'I loved the look and left 5'min after she was done. 20 min later, I park at my next destination and check out the lashes thoroughly. I touch them and they are crunchy. Crusty and hard! Not breathable, not fluttery but glued entirely with a thick coating from lash line to lash tip.It hurt to even touch my eye because the glue was layered on so thick but thought this was because it was just freshly done? I was shocked but assumed Atleast it looked fine enough for my short term trip. An hour or two later I started noticing the irritation wasn't going away. Every time I blink, it is poking and stabbing me. It feels so terrible that I don't know why anyone would do this. Better to apply own lash strips than have these. I couldn't sleep all night. I now know why other places don't offer this!! Wow. Either this method is so wrong to offer or Veronica did it wrong. I'm going back to get my money back and removal at 9pm... before My flight. So disappointed read more

i want to give a really huge thank you to daisy!!! the amazing job u did has helped me so tremendously with my confidence. i have cancer and had to shave my head. now that i have these beautiful lashes on i feel so beautiful thank you so much!! wont got to anyone else ever!! love always sherise machelle read more

Disappointed..... terrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. I had eyelash extensions put on by Daisy Rocha. Three days later, the clusters were falling out and hanging in my eyes. I returned to the salon and showed the girls at the front desk. Since there was no one available to redo my lashes, I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. After much explaining on my part and being lectured by the unprofessional staff, I was told they would not refund my money. The next day, Daisy called me and argued with me, treated me without respect, wouldn't let me talk and when I attempted to explain that the lashes fell out after three days. Long story short - I went somewhere else and had the remaining lashes removed and new lashes applied. I now see that Daisy Rocha had another negative review on 5/8/2018 from Tanya L. from Palm Springs. Tanya's experience was the same as mine, except she received a refund. I wish I had seen Tanya's review before letting Daisy do my eyelash extensions. I would have followed Tanya's advice to "run for the hills if you're thinking about a service" at Trish's Lashes. P. S. I have never done a Yelp Review until now. I feel it is my duty to warn you about the substandard service I received and how rudely and disrespectful I was treated. read more

Oddest experience ever. The place was empty when I arrived. One person started my lashes and then well into the process, without saying a word to me they left and someone else took over (the hands were suddenly very cold) after a while they switched again. A little disconcerting when you can't see! When she was done she tore out a few bottom lashes taking the tape off and then had to spend some time removing glue when I opened my eyes. Every where else I've gone they've given me a little brush for lash care. Not this place. Just an odd experience. Maybe it's different when the owner is present? read more

Trish's Lashes - Best eye lash studio in the desert! Highly recommended! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Rancho Mirage, California

I have been thinking about trying eyelash extensions for years but I'm not one to spend money on myself and it just seemed like too much of a splurge. When I saw this place pop up in the Hobby Lobby center I decided to go in and get pricing and it was more affordable than I was expecting. I decided to use my birthday money and Daisy helped me pick out the right lashes for my eyes and really listened to what I wanted. They were suppose to last 2-3 weeks and mine last almost a month! I lost a few clusters along the way but they still looked good because of the way they place them. Yesterday I went to have them removed and have a new set put on. This is something I never thought I would do but I love them! I don't have to wear nearly as much makeup and they save me so much time. I even went in the pool and ocean and they did great! I'm so pleased with the service and experience I had here with Daisy! read more
