My boyfriend and I were down bad, and Reset IV came through like the MVP it is. We got the Defcon 1 and the Hangover packages, and they were exactly what we needed. Our nurse Rafael was incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Communication was clear and he took the time to explain everything considering my boyfriend has a hard time with needles. You could tell he had a lot of experience and genuinely cared about helping us feel better. From the easy online booking to the fast relief, Reset IV continues to be my go-to in Vegas. After all that, I didn't even get the IV I just ended up settling for a simple B12 shot. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, they still charged me a "consultation fee." For what? There is something magical that happens when you are fortunate enough to recieve treatment from someone who loves their work and puts their energy into providing exceptional service to clients.
