She then tried my other arm, poked me three more times, and still couldn't get a vein. I'm a strong guy with very visible veins, and I've never had a problem like this before anywhere else. After all that, I didn't even get the IV I just ended up settling for a simple B12 shot. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, they still charged me a "consultation fee." For what? Five failed sticks and no service provided? Totally unacceptable. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

In a previous review I mentioned hours not being correct, as it seemed they didn't have enough staff. I still recommend making an appointment instead of walking in, as the staff seems to be growing. I do have to mention the majority of times I've called during the first couple business hours they have someone off-site answering, which can be frustrating when asking real-time questions. But it is nice to be able to reach a real person. I do recommend coming in when you have the time and perhaps patience, but might not be your best bet for last minute services.

Instead of apologizing for the delay, she immediately snaps at me with attitude: "I'm super busy today, you're not the only client we have, so let's make this quick." Like, excuse me? I'm the paying customer who shelled out $200+ for this "heaven" experience, and you're acting like I'm inconveniencing YOU? She barely explained anything, jabbed the IV in roughly (hurt way more than it should), and spent the whole time on her phone texting or whatever while the drip was going. No small talk, no checking in, just pure "get this over with" energy. When I asked if the mix included anti-nausea meds like advertised, she rolled her eyes and said "Yeah, whatever's in there works." Super unprofessional Left feeling only slightly less terrible, but way more pissed off. The whole point of paying for concierge service is to feel taken care of, not lectured about how busy they are. If you're gonna charge luxury prices, act like it--or at least fake some basic customer service. Save your money and just drink Pedialyte. This place is overhyped and under-delivers, especially on the human side. Avoid if you want any dignity with your recovery. 0/10 would not recommend.

Updated review: 1 year later…read more Once again, Vegas chewed us up and spit us out. On our last day, the day club won. We thought we were staying hydrated, but the desert sun said otherwise. My boyfriend and I were down bad, and Reset IV came through like the MVP it is. We got the Defcon 1 and the Hangover packages, and they were exactly what we needed. Our nurse Rafael was incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Communication was clear and he took the time to explain everything considering my boyfriend has a hard time with needles. You could tell he had a lot of experience and genuinely cared about helping us feel better. From the easy online booking to the fast relief, Reset IV continues to be my go-to in Vegas. I felt great afterward and had no problem waking up to catch our 10 AM flight the next morning. It is officially part of my Vegas survival plan now. Thank you!!
