My boyfriend and I were down bad, and Reset IV came through like the MVP it is. We got the Defcon 1 and the Hangover packages, and they were exactly what we needed. Our nurse Rafael was incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Communication was clear and he took the time to explain everything considering my boyfriend has a hard time with needles. She didn't get hydrated, she didn't get a refund, and she definitely didn't get treated like a human being. What she did get? Excuses, bruises, and humiliation. We've reported this to the Nevada State Board of Health and are urging others to be cautious. If you're considering spending your hard-earned money here, think twice. She then tried my other arm, poked me three more times, and still couldn't get a vein. I'm a strong guy with very visible veins, and I've never had a problem like this before anywhere else. After all that, I didn't even get the IV I just ended up settling for a simple B12 shot. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, they still charged me a "consultation fee." For what? Five failed sticks and no service provided? Totally unacceptable. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
