My veins were popping, I had my boyfriend with me as well and the lady literally stabs the IV in your arm.... And then claimed she was having an OFF day.... Left with both arms in pain and traumatized from the experience. Mind you they have 6-7 years of experience and the person I see in Arizona has 2.... I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in for an IV and the nurse poked me twice in…read moreone arm before she thought she got it, but within 10 minutes my bicep started swelling, she never even hit the vein. She then tried my other arm, poked me three more times, and still couldn't get a vein. I'm a strong guy with very visible veins, and I've never had a problem like this before anywhere else. After all that, I didn't even get the IV I just ended up settling for a simple B12 shot. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, they still charged me a "consultation fee." For what? Five failed sticks and no service provided? Totally unacceptable. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
