I felt like I was on death's door after an evening of too much drinking and rich food during a business trip, which absolutely destroyed my stomach. After vomiting for hours and being unable to even hold down water, I managed to make my way from the Vdara into the Cosmopolitan. My girlfriend came in excited for a simple IV at REVIV and left physically bruised, emotionally shaken, and without ever receiving treatment. The nurse missed her vein twice, failed to get a drip going, and then had the audacity to blame her for their own incompetence. That's right -- after two painful sticks and no fluids delivered, their response was: "It's your veins' fault." Absolutely unacceptable. If your staff can't hit a vein or at least take responsibility for their failure, you have no business offering medical services. She didn't get hydrated, she didn't get a refund, and she definitely didn't get treated like a human being. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What she did get? Excuses, bruises, and humiliation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We've reported this to the Nevada State Board of Health and are urging others to be cautious. Lifesaver after going a little too hard on the first night. They're located inside of the Cosmopolitan. Called after waking up and was able to squeeze a couple of us in within a couple hours, but got lucky due to a cancellation. Arrived and were greeted and explained the process and signed waivers. escorted to a room and was connected on an IV. felt much better within 45 minutes. Enough to keep me going for the rest of the trip. read more

We came into town to run the Rock n Roll half marathon. I've run in the desert before and should have known better than drink before race day. Needless to say I let the alchy flow a little bit too much the night before and quickly looked to rehydrate before the race. We found Reviv which was conveniently close to the start and finish line. Staff was extremely friendly and even recommended the cheaper option with the b12 booster. All in all a very enjoyable experience...now we just need to run the race! read more

The professionalism to start with! A lot of people think of IV therapy as the " hangover" place, and while that is true, and they can save a vacation by helping correct the "hangover" symptoms, but, also it is so much more than that! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was so sick, head congestion and sore throat, so much nausea from drainage-I couldn't eat or drink for almost two days,so getting dehydrated as well. I couldn't get into primary care until next week and they would only be able to give antibiotics I'm sure. So I came to REVIV and was seen as soon as I walked in![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was assessed by an RN and also a provider quickly , and treatment ordered immediately. Iv started by the RN, who isn't just an IV infusion nurse but also a pediatric intensive care nurse as well! so comes with a lot of experience, as does all the nursing staff there! The steroid in this treatment immediately helped my asthma, helped to breathe a little better, the Zofran for my nausea helped so I could take fluids and eat again! 2 liters of fluids brought me back within an hour! I woke up today feeling so much better! [[HIGHLIGHT]]And wanted to say thank you to Bryan and Cherish and Vanessa! Came here after a fun but dehydrating night out. Miguel helped us out and was gentle putting in the IVs. We got set up in private room with nice massage chairs. This is my first time getting hydro-therapy. I highly recommend it, but start slow. I had the royal flush and I think I'm feeling a little bit of everything... bring a light sweater to keep warm. Royal flush takes some time if the drip is slow. I dripped fast on first bag and finished it 15 minutes before my husband, I'm now waiting on him to finish bag 2. We're not drinkers and didn't party, we came in from Seattle and felt horrible from the flight, both of us had motion sickness and exhaustion from being up late and waking early to catch our flight. I now have a bunch of energy, but not jittery, I'm hoping to feel great for a week. I'll post an update! read more

I always wanted to try this service. I chatted with Kristy at the front desk about which product would be best. Since I was feeling dehydrated and tired, she recommended HydroMax with a Vitamin C boost. The screening process was fast and easy and Nurse Jane was efficient and painless with the needle. We were walking around the Cosmopolitan on our last day in Vegas so we decide to get the Hangover IV. I got the treatment done with my boyfriend and we were going to get the basic $99 package but the girl at the front desk said we were not gonna feel any difference in our body. We decide to upgrade to one of the other packages. We were put in a quiet room with massage chairs. We both felt extremely relaxed and ready to take naps. You have the option of sitting of massage chairs or sitting on a couch watching Netflix. We both felt amazing after the treatment. Daniele (I think) was the nurses name, she was extremely funny and made us feel super comfortable. She got us some water and a blanket while we go the IV (your had\arm gets a little cold while the IV is going in. Will definitely do this again when I come back to Vegas. read more

This business model is genius. It's marketed for hangovers but more importantly, it helps you stay a bit healthy in the cesspool that is Vegas. The only reason I got through a few days here was getting the megaboost when I started to get sick. The staff were really nice and proficient with the iv. I liked sitting alone in a massage chair. I highly recommend these vitamin infusions. The reason for my three star is that I thought it was very weird that there were no basic handouts for what each infusion was made of. The staff didn't know either. It was also not stated well on the website. The staff was programmed to say, hey, get the royal flush (which was the most expensive one). They really didn't know what was in it, just oh it has some glutathione. So what does glutathione do? Oh it may have toradol. What is toradol? Another nurse said there is a steroid. I know what all of these things are but they didn't. With only five or so infusions on the menu, they should know exactly what's in them and what to recommend in what situation. When asked why there weren't menus with ingredients, they said they didn't know. I just recommend transparency. Maybe some people don't care, but some will. It just seems shady and for a business model this great, this should be standard. read more

I was hesitant to try this new trend but after 5 nights of heavy drinking I decided to give in and do the Royal Flush. 100% worth the money. My morning started with vomiting, shaking, and being unable to eat anything. I've had my lips done many times before, and I've never experienced such a heavy-handed and hostile approach. I honestly felt as though she was taking her frustration out on me :-( I left the office in tears, and unfortunately, the results were just as bad as the experience--my lips healed uneven and lumpy. Later, I looked up more information about her practice online and found multiple shady reports.. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place. Lesson learned--I wish I had done more research beforehand.

I want to start by saying the office itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the consultation experience was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. After photos were taken, I spent a significant amount of time waiting. By the time Melanie's assistant came in to speak with me, I had already been there for quite a while. When I explained that I was there for a consultation only and was not planning to have treatment performed that day, I felt a noticeable shift in the interaction. While she remained professional, I left with the impression that consultation-only patients were not a priority. After additional waiting, Melanie came in and provided recommendations, including Sculptra and other treatments. However, the consultation felt very rushed. As a first-time patient who knows very little about cosmetic procedures, I was hoping for more education, discussion, and guidance. Instead, I felt like there was little opportunity to ask questions or fully understand the recommendations being made. Afterward, another staff member quickly reviewed treatment plans, membership options, and pricing. The information was presented so rapidly that it was difficult to follow, and when I attempted to ask questions, I felt as though the conversation was being rushed along rather than welcomed. What disappointed me most was not the treatment recommendations themselves, but the overall experience. I came in looking for expertise, education, and a relationship with a provider I could trust long-term. Instead, after spending roughly 90 minutes in the office, much of it waiting, I left feeling like my consultation was something to get through rather than an opportunity to earn my business. For patients who already know exactly what they want and are ready to proceed with treatment immediately, this practice may be a good fit. For first-time patients looking for a thorough consultation, education, and a more personalized experience, my experience fell short of expectations.

I was super impressed by the knowledgeable staff, as well as their seamless consent process and having an NP available virtually that I was able to actually see and talk to. I ultimately decided to purchase one to vial, which they used on glabella, upper eyebrow area, and the rest with equal parts onto my massters for TMJ. I also decided to join their membership, their membership takes out the same nominal monthly amount over the course of 5 months and then at that fifth month I can go in and essentially get a full vial that has been pre-paid for. Because I attended through a social media event I was given a free goodie bag, that free goodie bag came with two different facial cleansers, and a moisturizer as well as an SPF for my face. The SPF is slightly tinted and I like it a lot, I have to find the courage to drive into the strip to get me a full size one. I really liked both of the cleansers & the moisturizers so I will be back for a facial and consultation once I have some extra time. My understanding was that they can give you a free consultation at any point in time but if you make an appointment they give you the consultation and then recommend services based off of whatever service you get that day.

I paid a required $20 deposit to secure the appointment -- again, no mention of a Nevada residents-only restriction anywhere on the booking page. I received five separate text messages confirming my appointment and asking health questions. Not one of these mentioned the restriction either. The first and only time I was told the promotion was for Nevada residents only was in a text sent while I was already in the Uber on the way to my appointment. I'm not a Nevada resident, so I was turned away after paying for two Uber rides to get there and back. They did refund my $20 deposit, but that doesn't cover the cost of the wasted trip or the time. If a promotion has eligibility restrictions, that needs to be disclosed in the ad and at every point money changes hands -- not in a text message sent after the customer has already committed time and money to show up. This should be an easy fix on their end, and I hope they make it, but I can't recommend booking through their ad as it currently stands.

We almost gave up to back to ski lodge but decided to not be quitters....so glad we stayed. Love the decor. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

My barber Cesar moved to this store a few years back, and despite me moving to a house in the North West of the valley, I am still happy to make the drive here for his awesome and friendly service, and for the overall experience. I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.
