My boyfriend and I were down bad, and Reset IV came through like the MVP it is. We got the Defcon 1 and the Hangover packages, and they were exactly what we needed. Our nurse Rafael was incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Communication was clear and he took the time to explain everything considering my boyfriend has a hard time with needles.
