After…read moreexamining my tires and noting they were 'checked', Todd quoted me a price which I accepted at face value even though the tires only had 72,000 kms on them. After purchasing the new tires, I realised that I had made a mistake relying on his expertise when at 31,000 kms the sidewall blew. I claimed warranty on the Continental tires only to be offered 28% of the value of the warranty. Calculating it out showed that Continental only warrantied the tires for 43,000 kms, far less than advertised. During this time I also discovered that Todd had replaced my All Season tires with Winter ones...in May. To make matters worse he also did not replace them with the tire sizes recommended by Toyota on the door panel resulting in an estimated extra $150.00/tire. This experience at Integra Tire has really shown me what poor service and trusting the wrong people can cost you!

Took my car there to get the wheels checked and balanced. Car was shaking at all speeds. They…read morebalanced the wheels and told me it was good. They broke one center cap and took my money and sent me on my way. Immediately I notice the car shaking just as bad or worse than before but had to get to work. So the next day I took a good look at the rims and found one bent front rim. Don't know how I can spot it with my eye but they can't see it wobbling on the balance machine. Called them 2 times and all the woman who answerd did was beak off and back peddle. Lame excuse for a tire shop. Wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone. Shoddy work with no guarantee. I know I wouldn't take these a holes my wheel barrow. Crooks

When other "service" shops were too booked to fit us in, the staff at Fountain APPRECIATED our plight and squeezed us in around other projects. They did an awesome job, in a timely manner, at a very fair price. They even loaned us a company vehicle to get around! I would recommend these guys ANY time, and can't thank them enough! This is how ALL shops should operate!
