After scheduling and waiting 4 days for an…read moreappointment I dropped off 4 tires and rims loose an hour early to be mounted with winters. 3 hours after the scheduled appointment I receive a phone call questioning the integrity of one of the tires. After the "manager", under the guise of safety attempted to sell me a replacement, I agreed and the order instantly doubled to two tires since the tread pattern would be different. Immediately opting out, purchasing and delivering a new matching replacement within 25 minutes we were back on track. Two more hours pass and I receive another phone call, one of the rims is now damaged and they are once again unable to mount my tires. After a heated conversation with the "manager" over the phone about wasting peoples time and then the "manager" nowhere in site when I arrived to retrieve my rims and rubber to solve the problem, 6 hours total of my time gone and leaving with the exact setup I left OK Tire with the first place . Luckily after this experience, I was able to get my tires into a real shop quickly, if I didn't spend all day babysitting OK Tire I could have had them completed unfortunately it was the end of the day. After my story and inspection, it was determined normal wear and typical shape for winter rims. Impossible communication, avoids making things right for customers, zero common sense or pride. Major time waster without anyone competent behind the wheel (no pun intended) Avoid this place like the plague.

We bought them on a Friday and were going to just take them with us to install when we got home. Then one of the guys came out from the back (maybe the manager?) very concerned because the factory installed crossbars on our vehicle wouldn't fit with these racks. So instead of simply letting us leave and be disappointed, he sprung into action. It was almost closing time but he took our vehicle into the shop and tried fitting various crossbars on, eventually discovering that the ones we needed weren't in stock. We were leaving town on Monday, so he called around to other stores but still no luck. He tried so hard to find a solution for us. It was closing time but he spent time searching his warehouse some more and finally found crossbars that would work! He went into the shop on Sunday, on his own time while the store was closed, and got the crossbars and kayak racks all put together for us, so we were able to get them quickly popped onto the top of our vehicle Monday morning before we hit the road. The tenacity they showed us in finding a solution was amazing. We highly recommend them.

Took my car there to get the wheels checked and balanced. Car was shaking at all speeds. They…read morebalanced the wheels and told me it was good. They broke one center cap and took my money and sent me on my way. Immediately I notice the car shaking just as bad or worse than before but had to get to work. So the next day I took a good look at the rims and found one bent front rim. Don't know how I can spot it with my eye but they can't see it wobbling on the balance machine. Called them 2 times and all the woman who answerd did was beak off and back peddle. Lame excuse for a tire shop. Wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone. Shoddy work with no guarantee. I know I wouldn't take these a holes my wheel barrow. Crooks
