They did check and replace my air filter. On my receipt it shows that it was checked but not replaced. The next oil change I received was from a licensed mechanic and I was made aware that my air filter casing had been broken. I was told the only way this could happen is if someone took it out improperly and that when my last air filter was changed, they would have noticed this and should have made me aware of it if it was from a previous oil change or maintenance or unless. So not only did the oil change cost me way more than any oil change I've had before, now I'm stuck with a bill for a new air filter casing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. I wouldn't even recommend it to someone I don't like.

The vehicle didn't run and had to be hauled into the shop, when we arrived the lady at the front desk was snarky not very helpful. When I mentioned the warranty she brushed me off, offered the policy number and she didn't want it. Once the day of the appointment came everything was rushed and no real diagnostics were done, I was told I needed to install a new bumper and shutter system. If the tech had actually looked at the bumper or ran the VIN they would have known that the vehicle already had one but it wasn't working properly. I was given a quote and told that my warranty didn't cover the work because the part wasn't damaged just "freezing up.' I asked for further diagnostics into the issues to confirm that this was the problem and was told the vehicle had already been taken out of the shop and they didn't have time to look at it again. I paid the 1,400$ bill only to have the same issue arise the next week. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different shop and received much better service, I believe that Accutech never submitted the quote to Lubrico, the receptionist they never did asked for a policy number or want it, once the other shop submitted the claim to Lubrico I received a call from them confirming the work needed which never happened with Accutech. Taking the vehicle to them was a waste of time and money, over 1,400$ to be exact.
