The vehicle didn't run and had to be hauled into the shop, when we arrived the lady at the front desk was snarky not very helpful. When I mentioned the warranty she brushed me off, offered the policy number and she didn't want it. Once the day of the appointment came everything was rushed and no real diagnostics were done, I was told I needed to install a new bumper and shutter system. If the tech had actually looked at the bumper or ran the VIN they would have known that the vehicle already had one but it wasn't working properly. I was given a quote and told that my warranty didn't cover the work because the part wasn't damaged just "freezing up.' I asked for further diagnostics into the issues to confirm that this was the problem and was told the vehicle had already been taken out of the shop and they didn't have time to look at it again. I paid the 1,400$ bill only to have the same issue arise the next week. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different shop and received much better service, I believe that Accutech never submitted the quote to Lubrico, the receptionist they never did asked for a policy number or want it, once the other shop submitted the claim to Lubrico I received a call from them confirming the work needed which never happened with Accutech. Taking the vehicle to them was a waste of time and money, over 1,400$ to be exact.

After scheduling and waiting 4 days for an…read moreappointment I dropped off 4 tires and rims loose an hour early to be mounted with winters. 3 hours after the scheduled appointment I receive a phone call questioning the integrity of one of the tires. After the "manager", under the guise of safety attempted to sell me a replacement, I agreed and the order instantly doubled to two tires since the tread pattern would be different. Immediately opting out, purchasing and delivering a new matching replacement within 25 minutes we were back on track. Two more hours pass and I receive another phone call, one of the rims is now damaged and they are once again unable to mount my tires. After a heated conversation with the "manager" over the phone about wasting peoples time and then the "manager" nowhere in site when I arrived to retrieve my rims and rubber to solve the problem, 6 hours total of my time gone and leaving with the exact setup I left OK Tire with the first place . Luckily after this experience, I was able to get my tires into a real shop quickly, if I didn't spend all day babysitting OK Tire I could have had them completed unfortunately it was the end of the day. After my story and inspection, it was determined normal wear and typical shape for winter rims. Impossible communication, avoids making things right for customers, zero common sense or pride. Major time waster without anyone competent behind the wheel (no pun intended) Avoid this place like the plague.

I get over $3000 of work done but no paper work to say this is what this individual part cost or the labour to install it. Also he won't match quality control to match OEM and explains that cost is on the customer to pay. Also timelines given to say when the work will be completed are greatly exaggerated. I had to go back on 4 seperate ocassions and then be told to come back another time to get my vehicle in or that it would be ready. He may be cheaper than other places but it comes with a price. If your lucky enough to show up early enough where just so happens the secretary isnt in the manager slash mechanic Dale gives you a quote and time to drop off your vehicle. Once you show up the secretary happily lets you know youve been misquoted and its actually more than the quote Dale gave you. Coincidentally this is exactly what they did to me the first time around and Im sure of it it has happened to many others. Also completed requested service and didnt reset the sensors. Told to come back another day he was busy. I guess sense I already paid who cares right. The secretary is a real piece of work too and didn't like being called out their little scam. Save yourself the trouble of being over quoted and go somehere else. The second time around another shop asked why would they quote you so much. I said I dont know.
