I had to go in and tell them it would be nice to receive fresh hot onion rings. Why am I telling you how to do your job? You should know how to do your job. You don't hand out onion rings and assume that I'm gonna be OK with cold greasy onion rings. Let me teach you how it is when you go through the drive-through, you tell the person that's listening for your order. You need to tell her or him that you want a fresh hot hamburger and fresh hot fries or fresh hot onion rings whatever the case may be because if you don't say anything, you're gonna get a cold hamburger, cold fries or a cold order of onion rings had enough of this. Isn't it enough that they mess up the orders consistently but then felt it appropriate f9r a manger to yell at and berate us. Wendy's corporate office needs to ensure their reputation isn't damaged by individuals like Nareen Who clearly thinks that excelling at Your job means doing it worse than anyone else. Wendy's food is decent and we liked it but there are MANY choices out there and I doubt I would pay for the privilege of my child being made ill from mistakes, or for the abusive behavior of the manager.
