My kid got kicked out of the play place for going down the slide on her stomach, They also said that she was scaring little kids but I was in there and didn't see her doing that and no parent complaints and she was mostly going down the slide and she started crying and manager rolls eyes, but the manager was so rude and bossy for like a 17-18 year old. I would recommend not going to the play place. and food was decent but she got 3 nuggets instead of 4. My daughter doesn't wanna play in there anymore Update: Went back and she got kicked out for wearing socks absolutely brutal. read more

Everytime cold burgers cold and soggy fries chicken taste stale go back through to complain and they repackage your shit with different stuff and it's worse than the first time. Clearly they don't like the fact that you come back through the drive-through need to work through the drive-through but whole purpose of the drive-through is to not get out of your car. Absolute garbage, one of the worst McDonald's in the city read more

Not sure why but most McDonald's will not get a high rating. It is McDonald's. Friendly service here and quick if you go inside as the drive thru is always busy. Food is fresh and there are now self serve kiosk here. Clean location and there is a playground for kids. Overall always a great value but not something to eat daily at. read more

Ordered my usual today, a simple sausage and egg McMuffin meal. Was told at the window to move to the next window and 4 cars behind got their order served and left. Nothing special to my order, simple sausage McMuffin meal. Told the manager I'm not happy about this and next time I will move ti the next window. Manager answered very disrespectfully "Then don't come here"! I've been a customer here probably linger than her. Very disrespectful! read more

Worst meal of my life. Supposedly fish and chips, more like fried cardboard and chips. I'm diabetic and had skipped lunch so thought I'd try fish and chips for a quick snack. Don't ever order it. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Calgary, Alberta

If I had a dollar for every time this McDonald's screwed up my order or every time I waited more than 30 minutes plus for 1 meal, I would be as rich as Jeff Bezos( I wish!). This is the closest McDonald's to my parents and very central to stuff we go to so this has been our go to location. I have usually just brushed off the screw ups as "Most fast food places do this anyways", but today I kinda had enough as I waited for 2 burger for 45 minutes today and eventually got my money refunded as we were late for an appointment. There were about 30 other people waiting for their orders as well. And they are all complaining about how this has been the worst McDonald's they have been to. So yeah, probably won't go to this location any longer, mostly for fear of standing in line for 45 minutes plus or being stuck in an extremely long drive-tru line up! read more

They've recently renovated this restaurant located inside Walmart so everything is all shiny and new. I don't like going inside a McDonald's and prefer the drive-thru to avoid the craziness that goes on in many locations and locations inside Walmart store tend to be worse. But when there isn't a drive-thru and you want a cheeseburger there isn't much you can do about it. Luckily on my visit to the location it was later in the evening so the store was dead. I was the only customer so I was able to get in and out rather quickly and everything was fresh. My order was correct, but I guess it would be pretty hard to mess up two cheeseburgers and a BLT QPC. read more

McDonald's - Iced frappes - Fast Food Near Me - Calgary, Alberta

Do not know how to cook fries. Always raw! You have to actually ask them to cook the fries and then you MIGHT get them warm.

This McDonalds is always so unbelievably busy no matter what time of the day it is so I try to avoid it at every chance I get. However, I had coupons for here for buy one coffee get one free and for buy one smoothie and get one free that I wanted to use so we went here. I went with my Grandma and Grandpa so they each had one of the coffee's and then I had the smoothie's to myself. I got a strawberry banana and a blueberry pomegranate. They were both good. The frustrating part is that they only have room for one or two cashiers and this McDonalds when I say it is busy ... I mean it. They took out all the other cash registers they had to make room for these new digital boards where people are supposed to order themselves and pay but the issue is that people do not like these automated boards- they still want to order with a person so everytime the line to go up to a cashier is so long and these boards are empty. As well our order was just drinks and on the automated board that said what order they were now preparing we were first up there but they kept skipping us to get the food done and it was frustrating because all our order was, was drinks and they just kept wanting to push the food out and make us wait. When we were leaving we heard another lady getting frustrated and she said to her friend that this is the most unorganized McDonald's she knows. read more

Ordered coffee and sausage with egg McMuffin at kiosk for dine in. Manager put my order on a tray and served me. My served sandwich was a sausage McMuffin (no egg). I went back and told the manager that there's no egg. Immediately, without hesitation, she says " you ordered it that way!". How arrogant. I then gave her my order number and she gave me the correct sandwich. She should have known that she was serving me the wrong sandwich initially as the wrapper is different. But as is too common these days, workers are very busy constantly talking loudly about things other than work and get easily distracted. It's no friggin' wonder that McDonald's new slogan at their restaurants is now "Sorry 'bout dat". And believe me, nobody is sorry about anything. In fact, they make fun of and laugh at customers that complain. I know it's McDonald's but hey I'm just telling my personal experience. read more

everything was good that's why it has two stars, but they forgot the most perfect part of it, the gravy. we paid $0.79 for that and got nothing, I am VERY upset about this. do not recommend this place, the service is terrible, food is cold, employees are nice but slow and really take their time as people have places to be. don't recommend this if you have somewhere to be!! read more

Worst service through drive thru. Didn't take order right gave no options get to window and only allowed a medium orange juice. I paid for my order drive around corner one of the employees waves me past the window as she is looking for a car to deliver meal to. As I just came around corner was hard to believe shes looking for me. As I have passed the window now trying to reach back to get my order. This Mcdonalds is pure chaos and would seem the staff is poorly trained. Go anywhere else. read more

Stopped before work at 510 am to get something quick before work. No line up they took my order at the drive through than I waited 20 min to get breakfast. I would have backed out but some other poor sucker was behind me. Every time I go there its usually just for coffee now because I figure that's hard to screw up.....nope! Half the time there 2 order booths don't work so you never know which one to pull up to so I sit and wait. I order my coffee than go to pay. Most of the time they repeat back to me what my order is and its not right. Than I go to pick up my coffee and it usually gets handed to the person in front of me or I get handed someone else's food. You think for being in business in a good location they would figure out how to speed up the process by now.....nope! If they did they would be making a s#$t tone more money. read more

Literally ordered a shamrock shake and a strawberry shake and they couldn't even get that right..

As many other comedians my husband and I are in a rush in the morning and we really enjoy going to the drive-through to get our coffee's. We enjoy McDonald's coffee and we even more enjoy when it's only a dollar for an extra large. But at least twice a week the drive-through is closed at 6 AM, that to me seems like it would be the busiest time of the day for a drive through. We let it go the first couple of times but now we have permanently switched to the Tim Hortons across the street because their drive-through has never let us down. read more

I ordered lunch from skip the dishes on Sunday afternoon and i was extremely disappointed. My order came to over $50 and when we received it, the burgers didn't even have what they come with, let alone the extras we had asked for. The buns were hardly on top of the meat and it looked like someone had punched it. The big mac had a big bottom bun as the middle bun and all you could taste was bun. Everything was grossly covered in sauces. I understand that this is a busy location, but when you cant even handle putting what it comes with on it... you need to re-train staff. We paid extra for lots of it, and it was not included. If you aren't happy with your job, don't take it out on people who come there and pay for their food. Quit your job and go work somewhere you like. I am incredibly disappointed with the order. Most of it went into the garbage. As that is where it belonged. read more

This is hands down the worst McDonald's location in the city. Been many times for one reason or another and the order is wrong more often than not. If you like chicken nuggets I'd stay away, they are almost always stale and lukewarm, you can call and complain when the order is wrong but half the time they won't answer the phone, and if they do they don't care a whiff about you. Stay away, just stay away. read more

This was quite a busy location but service was fast and I got out of there with my order within 10 min. The only problem was they shorted my order by one burger. Drive thru is ridiculous and poorly set up. Enough to Discourage you from coming here read more

Incredibly slow now that this new 'self order' system has been setup. It's a complete joke - 'fast' food is a thing of the past here. It literally took them 8 minutes to prepare a $7 breakfast order (SMALL) on the weekend. And that is the fastest time. The visit before that was 20 minutes (order for 4 people). This is a growing trend with McDs in Calgary. IF McDs has any nearby competition we're now going there. read more

I thought this location was 24/7. Went this morning at 4AM and the drive-thru was blocked off, so I parked to go inside. Doors were locked, no one appeared to be inside and no notices were posted anywhere saying it was closed for a specific reason (cleaning, etc.). Lame. read more

I have lived in Prestwick for a couple of years now,so this is the closest Mcdonalds location.Been here many times, simply out of convenience. Each time we go there,we hope there will be new management,so the service, and food will improve.Sad to say, this has never been the case, they almost ALWAYS screw something up in our drive thru orders. There is always something they forgot,be it some of the food items,or not giving straws for the drinks, etc.I have even recieved food I never ordered,or the wrong food items. This location sucks, big time.It always looks dirtier then most other Mcdonalds locations. The food quality always seems to be sub standard to most other locations as well.Steer clear, unless you are really hungry! read more

I've been waiting a long time to find a way to voice my opinion about this McDonald's. I have never had good food, or the right order from this location. Tried 3 times and will never go back. There's little about McD's that isn't as advertised. One thing is for certain, however, the switchover to McCafes has been one of great success. McDonald's coffee is awesome. Went to MacDonald's past midnight. The drive thru process is long but cars were moving fast. Overall satisfied with my experience

I can not count the times I have had raw fries .. freezing!!!! Not impressed with this location it's dirty af too

I try to give them a chance. Tonight the order was wrong again. Do we really have to look through our bags everytime because they seem so confused. You better if you want you order right. Dont bother with this McDonalds because the food sucks 95 % of the time. I really looked foward to the coke I poured myself but the staff mixed up the lines and what I got was a mixture of bad tasting something.$20 I paid!!! Order was wrong again and the food cold and was terrible. Have some pride in what you do 130th Staff and send the manager back to clown managment school hes not doing his job. Its been years the food from here has been sub standard to franchise standards and plugs. read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Too many times I've sat in the drive thru for half an hour as their service is extremely slow. They are almost always out of ice cream or their milkshake machine is broken. They now have touch screens to order, which I'm assuming is to help speed things up however the service has only gotten worse - which I didn't think was possible. Our order is almost always wrong when we do get it and the food is usually cold. The only reason they're even getting a 1 star is because that's the lowest Yelp will allow. If you're looking for fast food, look elsewhere! read more

Dirty, bad service, will not be back. Food was cold and soggy. I will not use the self service I don't get a discount doing my order.

Good thing this location was conveniently not on the map as it is easiest the worst f*cking McDonald's on the planet. They have an amazing 100% failure rate. That's right. I have never had an order correctly taken and received from there, no matter how long I go without. It's like the drive-thru is a foreign concept to these morons. And I thought the shitty one in the Wal-Mart across the street sucked. read more

I just took a poop, and it looked just like the McDonald's on 130th. Also, how dare yelp force me to leave 1 star. There should be a 0 option, and a negative star scale going into the thousands... There must be incompetent people working here because the wait was ridiculously long and didn't move for long periods at a time. And they didn't even have ice cream so we were stuck in the drive through for about half an hour for nothing. Never go here read more

Drove up to the order window at 3:30am at 130th Ave SE to be asked to drive to the 2nd order window, no big deal. Then said there was a system update happening and that she couldn't take any orders, would take 15-20 mins. No problem, I offered to stay at the window but chose to park in the parking lot. I waited 30 minutes then drove up to the 2nd order window... only to be told system update will be 15-20 mins can't take any orders. While parked waiting I witnessed at least 6-7 other vehicles go through the drive through and drive around and leave. They need to be honest with customers, if it's going to be an hour, fine I'll leave and not waste my time. Next time maybe put a sign at the drive through, so people won't be wasting their time?? Won't be coming back here again read more

My son is all about playgrounds. Unfortunately, the Playplace is not as clean as I hoped it to be. The floors are filthy, with spilled drinks not mopped. The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. Staff was rude and uncooperative. Not only did they serve my order completely wrong; ignoring every customization to my order, but when approached with their mistake they condiscendingly told me that I had not ordered what I said and that the fault was my own. Not only will I boycott mcdonalds forever because of this, but I will write a nasty review on every site known to man as well as never bring me or my family to this rude and condicending establishment ever again. DO NOT EAT HERE. Also because this site makes me select a 1-5 rating I cannot score this "restaurant" correctly as I believe it deserves a less than one star rating. read more
