Frankly this is the only place I trust that will take -the best care- of my two small dogs. The owner is very caring, trustworthy and responsible. I have been leaving my two small fur babies pet dogs with her when I leave town, because quite frankly...I have looked around the Laketop-Pinetop- Showlow area for many options for my pets...and I cannot find any other boarding place in the area like them: the staff clearly loves their work, the owner is responsible and trustworthy...and the boarding place is built on a property that is very animal friendly which I am sure the boarding " guests " definitely enjoy while they are there. I highly recommend this great place to anyone that wants their pets to be in a loving and well-trained boarding place....where they can go away and leave their fur babies in the best hands...and experience what I always experience when I leave my " kids " with them: peace of mind knowing that Triple-L Ranch will take the best care of my most precious possesion: my beloved pets. Blessings Triple-L Ranch for all you do! read more

Marlena and her team are absolutely incredible! Our 4 dogs were cared for as if they were in our own home, the communication was top notch, and I'm so thankful to know we can travel and not worry about our animals. What a blessing!! read more

Absolutely outstanding! We board our little Pug with her and we love having a fun and safe place for her to go while we go to PHX! It's only about 18 min from our neighborhood (Torreón) and the majority of that time is getting through town. Fantastic establishment and our go-to without hesitation! Thank read more

Our usual boarder cancelled at the last minute and Triple L was able to accommodate us even though we came in close to closing. Great customer service and very friendly! Highly recommend! read more

My dog loves it here. Now when we drop her off she runs straight in wagging her tail. Prices are incredibly reasonable and Debbie is alway understanding and easy to get ahold of. Trust her completely with my puppy child. read more

My dogs truly enjoy going to stay with Debbie Shelton at Triple L. We've been taking our 3 girls to board with Debbie for the past eight years and have never been disappointed with the care they've received. One time later this year we'll be leaving the dogs with Debbie for three weeks and I know they'll be getting the kind of care we've come to expect at Triple L. Debbie now has Dawn Fines on board for in-house grooming! I am so looking forward to the girls being bathed and brushed when we go to pick them up after three whole weeks! Will update you whenever we get back! read more

Triple L is an amazing place for anyone's fur babies. We have been using this boarding facility for about three years now and love the place. The new owner has the same passion and commitment to caring for our animals as the previous owner did and their prices are reasonable. We recently had our fur babies stay there and two of them got into a small kerfuffle (as that happens with doggies) and one got a few ouchies on his head. She took such amazing care of him and spent so much extra time with him. She stayed in contact with us and kept us updated as needed. Even though we were still on vacation, we had no worries that he was in good hands. I would recommend Triple L Boarding to anyone who needs to leave their fur babies with a boarding facility. read more

Debbie definitely loves the animals that you board with her. The dogs have such a good time when they go there. Her kennel is clean with lots of room for the dogs to play. She has been flexible and able to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend Triple L Ranch. read more

Took my half golden retriever, half chicken, to get groomed. I was impressed with the clean and well organized facilities. They did a great job on Murphy, and if I ever need to board my dogs, this is where I'll take them. read more

Love this place and Debbie was very kind and took great care of our 2 big dogs. They were tuckered out, when we picked them up, after a 2 night stay. We will be using her service from now on, when we are in the area. read more

We took our dogs here for a one night sleepover while we went to the Lightning Field in NM. Debbie has a huge property and many animals. While we were dropping off the dogs she was excited to show us some baby goats that were born a week before and told us about her animals and the property. Like Allison said, truly an animal lover. When we came to pick up the dogs she told us what a great time Boomer had with all the other dogs and remarked that she thought he was going to take off because his tail wags in a circle like a helicopter. She is an absolute sweetheart and I would not hesitate taking our dogs there again in the future. read more

Triple l boarding is the best place I have ever taken my dogs and cats. I have been a customer since 2009. Debbie is so amazing with my dogs...they are very excited to go to the kennel and are very happy when they come home. Thank you so much Debbie for your kindness and knowledge. Triple l boarding is the only place I would ever take my four-legged family members. read more

What a great place to board your pets. So nice and friendly Debbie is. My 3 dogs live to go there and race to get in. No sense in us saying goodbye to them because they are gone already running and barking at all the other dog friends. My husband and I feel so comfortable leaving them with her. We are so happy that we found Debbie. read more

We have been using Triple L for the past 15 years and Debbie has been the owner for about 5 years. She has improved and expanded the kennels and is an extremely competent and responsible kennel owner. After only one stay, she was totally in tune with our two dogs' personalities. When we pull up they are wagging their tails and go right into the enclosed walkway. Our sociable dog that loves to meet other dogs so she doesn't even stop to watch us go away - she's running up inside to see who she knows. Our other dog is a very spooky dog around new people or other dogs and is difficult to bring into new situations. She loves Debbie and sees her as part of her pack. After the first visit, Debbie remembered which one will eat both dog's food if not watched and which one will eat their bed if left in the kennel all day and which one is scared of lightning. The kennels are heated and they are not sleeping on concrete. Our dogs are not stressed when we pick them up and they are not stressed when we pull up to her place. Having Triple L for our dogs, adds to our relaxation when we travel. read more

I brought my dogs here for the first time for 1 week stay. I was very impressed by the facility and the owners love for animals. This kennel had NO ODOR of animals as most kennels I've been to have. My dogs were well taken care of. I called facility every day to check on them, and the owner Debbie was always available to talk to me. I recommend this kennel to anyone. Even though this was my first time , I felt like very confident and worry free. I will definitely return to Triple L. read more

I love Triple L. The rates are great and my dogs are always happy and safe when I return. Even my higher anxiety Weimaraner. Debbie is easy to get a hold of, she is very accommodating to the dogs and their needs and the faculty is clean. I only wish it was closer to me! However I am willing to make the extra drive to know my dogs are in good hands. read more

Debbie has a great sense regarding dogs. She cares about them and we trust her completely when we leave our dogs with her. I always dislike leaving our dogs in any kennel, but know they are safe at Triple L. The rates are the best and we are very satisfied when we pick up our dogs. Recommend Triple L to anyone who has reservations about boarding their dogs. read more

Woohoo definitely as good as it gets!! Just picked up my two pugs from boarding for the second time and they were as happy as could be. They come home with no signs of stress, clean, fed and happy. Leaving them at Triple L Ranch Dog Boarding leaves me with no worries at all. Debbie is AWESOME!! Rest assured your dogs will be well taken care of. Will be coming back for sure. read more

My husband and I were both so impressed with the wonderful care that Debbie gave our dogs. Our 15 year old border collie needed extra attention and care and certainly got it! She took care of him as if he was her own dog. She was happy to report as often as we called about his condition and that of our very active puppy. We could not give a higher recommendation to any other kennel and know we have a great safe home for our loved dogs when we must be apart from them. Triple L Ranch Dog Boarding deserves more than 5 Stars!!! read more

Deb has been taking care of both my cats and dogs whenever I go vacation. They always come home happy and she even knows their personalities and quirks. More recently, I had to very unexpectedly be hospitalized. Deb's is the only place I could leave my blind, handicapped blue healer and she took care of my other healthy rambunctious rez dog as well. As it turned out, my heeler developed diabetes at the same time I was in hospital. As it turned out I had to trust Deb with both her life and her death. I could not be there myself. It's a hard decision we humans must make, but Deb handled both me and my dog like the compassionate person she is. My dog was well taken care of the whole time and now she is on the other side of the bridge, running free. Thank you Deb. Thank you so very much. read more

We had accidentally made reservations to board our German Shepherd (Mox) way too far north of Show Low/Sunrise Ski Resort. We were able to make last minute reservations first thing in the morning with Triple L Ranch. The lady was very nice and had a huge property. She had all kinds of birds (peacocks, pheasants, turkeys, etc.) and horses. Truly an animal lover. Triple L has (heated) indoor/outdoor runs. She lets the dogs interact in one of her many yards every 2 hours. She said that if we didn't want our dog interacting with others then she would be able to put him in a large yard of his own. Our dog is social, so we insisted that she him play with the others. This ranch is a little far from Sunrise (maybe 45 minutes), but it worked out well for us. We were able to enjoy our weekend at the mountain and not worry (too much) about Mox. We would definitely go back next time we hit the slopes! :) read more

I had a bad experience there. My regular boarding kennel was booked up. The kennels were dirty and had a horrible smell. Debbie was certainly friendly but was reluctant to show me around. I had to get both of my dogs bathed because of odor. It really is my own fault, I was in a jam and had to board my dogs. The kennels were too small and noisy but I had no choice. read more
