My wife takes our dog outside and he starts hollering "Don't walk your dog out there, going to the bathroom and stuff!" He was TOO much for me to handle at 70 pounds. My dog loving Aunt who uses him with her dogs and fosters suggested I sign up for his online lessons. At this point I figured what could it hurt and it was less money than 2 private sessions with my other trainer. Ok so...20 minutes in...positive and negative reinforcement?!? Hello!?! Makes so much sense. I did the research and got the pinch collar and the ez trainer 300 collar and less then 1 week later...here we are! On a walk with other dogs, other people and he didn't pull, no lunging and I didn't fear once the life of a passing pedestrian, dog, cyclist, squirrel or chipmunk and I didn't fear being pulled into another state on a last minute whim of my 10 month old Sheprador which let me tell you was fully a worry of mine a couple weeks ago. So excited to continue these online lessons. I finally feel like I'm equipped.

She's always so soft after her appointments. They do a great job trimming her nails and doing a sani groom. They add a cute touch by tying a bandana on at the end of every appointment. I live a couple hours away, but only use this groomer because they do such a fabulous job. I make sure to schedule appointments every time I know I will be here. I definitely recommend making appointments weeks in advance, because they are very popular. My family also had their German shepherd groomed here for the first time recently. He's never been more soft and clean. They took such great care of him. He normally hates having his nails trimmed, to the point that most groomers refuse to touch his feet. The ladies here explained a different method for how they cut dogs nails, and he did completely fine! I can't recommend this place enough!

I bought 2 kittens from this location. Right away within 24 hours, I noticed signs that something…read morewas wrong, but I was given no health records, no vaccination history, and no warning about their condition. Within days, both kittens were diagnosed with roundworms, Giardia, and pink eye. One of them is a tiny runt who was sold to me at under 5 weeks old far too young to be away from his mother. He nearly didn't make it and has required emergency vet care, prescription medications, and round-the-clock care just to survive. I've spent hundreds of dollars on vet bills, dewormers, antibiotics, and cleaning supplies just to get my house safe again. And now I'm left with two kittens who are fighting for their health because this place didn't care enough to treat them before selling them. They took my money out of greed and handed me sick animals with zero disclosure. If you are thinking about getting a pet here don't. Save yourself the heartbreak, the stress, and the vet bills. Go to a responsible breeder or a rescue that actually cares about the animals they place in homes. Read reviews apparently this has happened to other animals. Not to mention they get animals from local people. I hope the owner sleeps well at night.
