I have been leaving my two small fur babies pet dogs with her when I leave town, because quite frankly...I have looked around the Laketop-Pinetop- Showlow area for many options for my pets...and I cannot find any other boarding place in the area like them: the staff clearly loves their work, the owner is responsible and trustworthy...and the boarding place is built on a property that is very animal friendly which I am sure the boarding " guests " definitely enjoy while they are there. I highly recommend this great place to anyone that wants their pets to be in a loving and well-trained boarding place....where they can go away and leave their fur babies in the best hands...and experience what I always experience when I leave my " kids " with them: peace of mind knowing that Triple-L Ranch will take the best care of my most precious possesion: my beloved pets. Blessings Triple-L Ranch for all you do!

Jessy came and she helped us tremendously! The dogs loved her, even Uncle Buddy who liked to bark a lot! By Fall, the dogs looked great, happy and healthy, coats shiny! She cleaned and mopped the floor of their room, it was always spotless when she's done. She's very reliable and we were able to bring my father-in-law on several trips to Tucson without worry. Her rates are very reasonable. She even went above and beyond and brought Uncle Buddy to Globe so we could pick him up there from Tucson! Highly recommend, Jessy! She's the best!

I was told they would only board animals that were already clients first. They never said they were already booked for the time I needed. I ended up having to leave all 3 cats at a pet Boarding place out in the middle of nowhere and they were all put in a tiny room next to big dogs that were losing it when we brought the cats in. And this is after they'd been in the car for 4hrs driving up to Show Low. I had to bring my own cat food and cat litter. It was $100 for 1 night. If I'd been able to leave them at Aspen Ridge, in town, I would have become a client since my cats get annual checkups and vaccines, teeth cleaned, or anything else they need. They were all due for the annual vaccines and checkup in October. I took them to another vet in Show Low for that.

White Mountain Animal Hospital got me in same day even though we had never been there before. I didn't have much of a weight when I was there and the technician and the Vet were quick and efficient and pleasant. They even showed me how much it was going to be before it all happened. While I was out in the waiting room, anybody who came out of a room that worked there greeted me with kind words and a smile. The technician brought out antibiotics for my cat, I had a little trouble with my credit card, so I had to call them and was on hold for a long while, in the meantime, Amanda, the receptionist put my antibiotics in a bag with an ice pack so she wouldn't forget to give it to me and it would stay cold.
