10/10 recommend Perfect Paws! They are the absolute best. My mini Aussie is a bit shy, but she's perfectly content with being dropped off and picked up so I know they treat her very well. She's always so soft after her appointments. They do a great job trimming her nails and doing a sani groom. They add a cute touch by tying a bandana on at the end of every appointment. I live a couple hours away, but only use this groomer because they do such a fabulous job. I make sure to schedule appointments every time I know I will be here. I definitely recommend making appointments weeks in advance, because they are very popular. My family also had their German shepherd groomed here for the first time recently. He's never been more soft and clean. They took such great care of him. He normally hates having his nails trimmed, to the point that most groomers refuse to touch his feet. The ladies here explained a different method for how they cut dogs nails, and he did completely fine! I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I bought 2 kittens from this location. Right away within 24 hours, I noticed signs that something was wrong, but I was given no health records, no vaccination history, and no warning about their condition. Within days, both kittens were diagnosed with roundworms, Giardia, and pink eye. One of them is a tiny runt who was sold to me at under 5 weeks old far too young to be away from his mother. He nearly didn't make it and has required emergency vet care, prescription medications, and round-the-clock care just to survive. I've spent hundreds of dollars on vet bills, dewormers, antibiotics, and cleaning supplies just to get my house safe again. And now I'm left with two kittens who are fighting for their health because this place didn't care enough to treat them before selling them. They took my money out of greed and handed me sick animals with zero disclosure. If you are thinking about getting a pet here don't. Save yourself the heartbreak, the stress, and the vet bills. Go to a responsible breeder or a rescue that actually cares about the animals they place in homes. Read reviews apparently this has happened to other animals. Not to mention they get animals from local people. I hope the owner sleeps well at night. read more

HORRIBLE. Hung up on us on the phone, treated me as if i was annoying while shopping. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I purchased a Tailless Whip Scorpion from them not even a week ago and she has passed away. Two separate employees here gave me contradicting advice about how to care for my animal everything I was applying came straight from my own research. They told me she would be okay in the container i purchased her in for "a few days". NOT EVEN A DAY AND A HALF LATER she is gone. When trying to go talk to them about what possibly could have gone wrong he was extremely rude and refused service. NEVER AGIN. Don't spend your money here. read more

I don't know if this business changed ownership, but it has gone downhill as far as staff, inventory and cleanliness.

They have groomed my kids twice, once because of a skunk. They were awesome. Got us in quickly and did a pretty good job of deskunking

I went in to perfect paws for some stuff for my dog and the guy at the cashier charged me $140 for my items. I felt like that was wrong and asked for a receipt but it wasn't itemized except for one dog tag. I went home and added up all of the items based on the tags on them and the total only came up to 112 dollars with tax. A complete scam and completely immoral. Shameful in a small town. read more

Long story short. Had a schnauzer groomed there. Took nearly 4 hours and the result was poor (to say the least). So if you've got $62 (after tip) burning a hole in your pocket, extremely low expectations, & 4 hours to kill, this is a good option for you. read more

Very happy with the grooming experience for my cats and dogs. They are always ready when promised, and I haven't had that experience with many groomers. My husband, Doberman and I are in Show Low in our RV. I try to have our Dobie's nails done every two weeks, not always easy when we are on the road. I looked up Dog Groomers near me and called Perfect Paws to see if they would be able to do our boy's nails. The gentleman who answered the phone was so nice and let me know what times were open to do our dog's nails. We went in and were so pleased with Perfect Paws! Our boy hates to have his nails done but the groomer was so nice and sweet that he became comfortable right away. She did a fabulous job on his nails! Everyone in the Store was so nice and welcoming and they have a great selection of dog toys in the Store. We will definitely go back to Perfect Paws for nail trims any time we are in the area. This is a HORRIBLE place to take your dog or any pet to get groomed! OVER PRICED FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE! $95 for BULLSH*T! I brought in my long haired dog to be deshedded and hair trimmed, I told the lady that we specifically wanted her deshedded from her winter coat and trimmed to help with it as much as possible. When we picked her up we didn't even notice the BALD spots they had left on her rear end. Her fur was rough and botched all over, some spots shaved other spots chopped off, it was as if a 4 year old took a buzzer to her and did the cut themselves. Besides that she is still shedding just the same! We can lightly pinch her hair and it will just be a clump of hair when we pull it off, like she was never brushed or sprayed to get her undercoat. I'm so disappointed I wanted to take her back to get it fixed or my money back but I don't trust them to touch her or to actually refund me my money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG/CAT HERE! read more
