I purchased a 30-inch ceramic planter and was originally told it would be left on my driveway. However, upon arrival, the delivery man, Jeff, went above and beyond. He rang the doorbell to notify me of his arrival. To my surprise Jeff kindly offered to move the heavy planter closer to its final destination. In addition to all this unexpected act of kindness, Jeff positioned it so effectively that moving this heavy planter into its final spot was effortless. Thanks to his extra effort, the planter is now exactly where I need it. When I offered Jeff a tip to show my gratitude for his care and helpfulness, he graciously declined, saying he was just happy to help. It is rare to encounter such genuine professionalism.
