On the third vehicle, I decided I would point out the areas that still needed attention, the attendant stated that although it wiped off easy, you had to pay extra to get that off...well that was not explained, guess I would have paid, to get the vehicle done correctly. I use to take our vehicles here when it was under the previous name and always had great results, used them for detailing and oil changes. There was still visible hair, dust, and debris on the seats afterward, which made no sense given they claimed the seats were vacuumed and shampooed. When I asked directly if the seats had been shampooed, I was told yes -- but they looked identical to how they came in. Honestly, I feel scammed. It was bizarre that after paying over $200, I had to go to another car wash afterward and thoroughly vacuum the seats and other areas myself just to finish the job they were supposed to have already done. I understand there's a no-refund policy once a service is "completed," but I don't believe this service was actually completed to any reasonable standard. The photos speak for themselves. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.
