What I thought was simply mud turned out to be cement--and it caused an incredible $25,000 worth of damage to my car. I took my car to Wynn's Body Shop, and they did an exceptional job from beginning to end. They treated my car with the same care and attention I would have given it myself, and the finished repair was absolutely beautiful. You would never know what my car had been through. Their workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a very stressful situation so much easier. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Wynn's for taking such good care of my new car. If you need a body shop you can truly trust, I highly recommend Wynn's Body Shop. They are exceptional!

She said the sandwich was pretty good, but the little burrito did not have very much filling. She said she would not try that again. I had a sandwich made. I got the hoagie roll with turkey and cheddar toasted. Someone did a terrible job of slicing the bread so it was falling apart. But it tasted OK. The tater tots that were seasoned with the roasters seasoning was the best thing I tried. Overall, I would say that it is a great convenient store with clean bathrooms. I do not think I would eat there again.

Round one took 3 weeks, and the quality was laughable. I had multiple people give me their opinion without me saying anything, and all were dumbfounded that any collision place would even consider letting a vehicle go out the door with so many defects (and the absolute filth left inside). Sent it back for a second try, another week without my car. Again the same result - absolutely unacceptable. I also received a notification on my car app that a tire was low (this is a new car I've barely had a year). I made them aware, and they claimed all my tires were low (lie), but they'd air them up. Third try - a fifth week without my car - they finally got it close enough that I was just happy to be done with them... then got home and realized my headlights no longer worked at all. Returned it a FOURTH time and demanded they do something right for once and without any further delay. Got it back again and my tire is low again (same one as before). Turns out they ran over a nail, and I paid out of pocket for that repair simply to avoid any further contact with this joke of a business. Did I mention the very sharp razor blade they left on my windshield? Or how I never got any sort of apology for their incompetence? Instead I got an attitude of "we're bending over backwards to make you happy." NO - you failed repeatedly to do your job - a job you were paid to do - and should be ashamed of your unprofessional, unacceptable, unbelievably horrible service and lack of communication. I could go on and on with their other failures at every turn of this months long nightmare, but I'll leave the rest and just warn anyone and everyone - friend, family, or complete stranger- to avoid this place at all costs. They need to find a new line of business, one where quality, competence, and customer service don't matter.

From the moment I walked in, the management team was present, engaged, and genuinely kind. You can tell right away that they care about both the work and the people coming through the door. The crew had great communication the entire time--no guessing, no runaround, just clear updates and solid work. I honestly think this shop gets overlooked because of its location, but it shouldn't. These guys did an amazing job, and the results were exactly what I asked for. Pricing was more than fair, and they're veteran-friendly, which I really respect. Big shoutout to Sue--she was kind to every single person who walked through the door, and that kind of leadership shows in the whole team. They had my truck Friday into Saturday, and I really appreciate that they took their time to do it right instead of rushing through it.
